UNIT 2 is an adorable 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom (plus private outside shower) condo which is STREET FACING from the lower deck with gorgeous OCEAN VIEWS as pictured from the top deck. Located in an oceanfront building on the Beach Haven/Holgate border and is best sized for a couple or a single person looking for a beach getaway with their beloved doggie! Don't need a huge mansion on the beach but like to be oceanfront? This is a cozy oceanfront building with only 4 units! Gorgeous and relaxing views from the private roof deck!

Quiet neighborhood that is 2 blocks south of the Beach Haven border and only a 3 minute drive (or 5 minute bike ride) to Fantasy Island, Thundering Surf water park, MANY restaurants, homemade doughnuts, bagels, mini-golf, escape room and all the fun and food of Beach Haven! LAYOUT: This attached condo is in an oceanfront building with only 4 units, all on 1 floor, each a corner unit. Our 1 bedroom unit is on the side next to the beach walkway (northwest corner of the building) and all views are from the rooftop deck (see pictures). The location is 2 blocks south of the Beach Haven border (which is at Grosser St). Each unit has separate entry stairs to their own personal ‘lower dune deck’ and the door to each unit is entered from that private dune deck. There is a staircase to the roof deck shared between 2 units and there is a divider between the 2 sides of the roof deck so each unit has its own space on the roof deck. The pictures shown are just your section of the roof deck.

So much enjoyed our vacation, although a bit cold, but lucky with the weather, got sunny especially for us. The place was great for a couple and I am currently pregnant, enjoying relaxation, the rooftop was very cozy, the place was clean and nice, the kitchen very comfortable for a fast meal, nice bathroom and the fridge was great, everything was in place..only issue is - a lot of traffic noise since we were in the front of the building and second day was really noisy since 6 am with 3 kids knocking on our door and people looking inside our room. I would like little bit more privacy. Next time we will rent the whole house:)

The home is in a beachside neighborhood, so there can occasionally be some ambient street activity with bikers and walkers. That said, we haven’t previously received feedback about privacy issues, and the entry deck is a private, gated space with curtains available for additional comfort. We’d love to host you again—perhaps a full building rental next time would be a perfect fit for complete privacy and seclusion.

The rental was clean and looked just like the pictures. The views were stunning and made staying in perfect. We brought our dog and it was in the perfect spot for all three of us. Whitney was communicative and it was an overall wonderful weekend.

This was the perfect spot for a long weekend getaway. The views from the deck were amazing, and the beach access right next door made it incredibly convenient. It’s also pet-friendly, which was a huge plus. The space was just right for my boyfriend, our dog, and me—comfortable without feeling cramped. The photos were accurate to a tee.The place was immaculate. I’m very particular about cleanliness and usually bring my own supplies, but that wasn’t necessary here—everything was extremely clean. The cleaning crew was right on time at checkout, which made things easy.The bathroom was great, and the skylight made the space feel brighter and more open. The rooftop deck was a highlight—we enjoyed wine with beautiful views, including both sunrise over the ocean and sunset toward the bay. Having beach chairs available was such a nice touch.We had neighbors in the adjacent condo with a dog as well and didn’t hear them at all—it was easy and comfortable sharing the space.A couple minor notes: the instructions made it seem like we needed to bring basics like toilet paper, garbage bags and paper towels, but those were provided. Bringing our own sheets was a bit unusual, and the pillows could use an update.We visited in the off-season, so some nearby restaurants were closed and we had to drive, which we didn’t mind. The host was quick with responses for all of our inquiries. Overall, we had a very relaxing stay and would absolutely come back!

Just to clarify for future guests, it’s actually a pretty common Jersey Shore tradition for renters to bring their own sheets—we do our best to communicate that ahead of time so there are no surprises. Similarly, we provide a starter set of consumables like 1 roll of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, and a trash bag in each garbage can at arrival. That’s usually enough for a shorter stay, but for week-long visits, guests typically need to bring or purchase additional supplies. Thanks again for staying with us and for highlighting so many of the things we love about the space. We’d be happy to host you again anytime!
