In the heart of nature, in a peaceful setting, with breathtaking views of the Rhône valley, the Ardèche and the Vercors. 3000 m2 of land, barbecue, table football, table tennis, swing, slide.
In the middle of vineyards and orchards.
Close to major highways A7 exit tain l'hermitage, TER, Valence TGV station.
Very attractive region: in the center of the French Gastronomy Valley, the Valrhona chocolate museum, numerous northern wine cellars, Marque Avenue, tourist trains, Tournon castle, Viarhôna, Peaugres zoo, Postman Horse palace, etc.
A deposit of 300 euros will be required at the entrance of the premises, it will not be cashed but returned at the exit in case of non-damage.
