Bright, airy, and full of natural light, this townhome is ideally located mere minutes from Keystone Resort, Arapahoe Basin Ski Area, and the heart of downtown Dillon. With a new deck, an outdoor gas grill for summer barbecues, and a wood-burning fireplace to cozy up to all winter, this home is an ideal base for adventures in every season. Within the coveted Summerwood neighborhood, you'll also have access to a seasonally heated outdoor pool, an indoor hot tub, a fitness facility, a steam room, and racquetball, tennis, and half-basketball courts. Sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed in the main level bedroom and two bedrooms on the upper floor, one with a queen-size bed, and the other with a twin bunk and a twin-over-double bunk.

This neighborhood backs up to beautiful open space and the Snake River Arm of Lake Dillon, allowing you to go mountain biking, hiking, snowshoeing, and cross-country skiing right from your back door. Walk or ride your bike to the Dillon Amphitheater (three miles northwest) in the summer months, or tee off at the Keystone River or Ranch Golf Course (one mile east and three miles southeast, respectively). You'll also be four miles west of the base of Keystone Resort, nine miles west of A-Basin, and 15 miles northeast of Copper Mountain.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
