Choose from 2 decks for your morning coffee. The condo is directly on Lake Dillon and the Summit County Recreation Path. Walk right out to a large lawn and the lakefront for adventure and even snow play in the winter. The Rec Path is plowed in the winter for walking and taking in the unbelievable views. Gas fireplace, flatscreen and comfortable seating in living room. Free WiFi and Cable. Fully equipped kitchen with slab granite counters and stainless appliances. New dining table seats 8 and kitchen bar seats 3. Entry with extra room for boots and gear. Washer and dryer in the unit for convenience. Enjoy the Dillon Lake Loops which are flat, groomed trails for hiking, cross country skiing, fat tire biking and snowshoeing on frozen Lake Dillon.

Free Summit Stage bus service is 2.5 blocks up the street and goes to all towns, resorts and the outlets.

Amazing home away from home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo with a fantastic view of Lake Dillon. Loved the screened in porch. The unit had everything we needed to cook meals and feel like a home away from home. Loved the cozy warm fireplace and comfy furniture. It was located very central to many ski resorts as well as restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful View!

This condo has been updated and is nice. The view from this building is always amazing and this time didn't disappoint. I can only give 4 stars because the elevator didn't work and we didn't know that until we picked up the keys and the lady said "hope the elevator works." I have bad knees and the stairs are a problem. The couch blanket which is needed during the winter had dog hair all over it, it wasn't washed before us. There is a temperature control panel in the bedroom that has so many LED lights it lights up the bedroom. I had to hang a sock over it. The 3ft of snow on the side balcony for the master and queen rooms wasn't cleared so we couldn't use that area to enjoy the view. The shower in the hall bath is up about 12 inches off the floor and very dangerous to get in and out of. The positives are the condo is quiet, the kitchen is stocked, the refrigerator is large and the view is amazing! We had a good time and it was nice to be able to all stay together. It would be nice to just have a code to get in instead of going to the management company but that's manageable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location in Dillon. This condo has incredible views of the lake, and the size was perfect for our needs (family of 4). It was clean and had a cozy living room with fireplace. However, the master bathroom was tiny. Biggest issue was that the elevator was very dicey. Another resident told us to avoid it, and a SRG staff member also told us to avoid the elevator due to frequent issues. This was very frustrating as we wouldn’t have rented the condo without the elevator. Moving all our bags at the end of our stay was especially difficult without the elevator. Otherwise, this is a great rental. But for this level of rental, the elevator should not be a hazard.
