Small lovely house on a hill and panoramic position. Selva degli Ulivi is a small, stone house next to the manor house where the owners live. On a hill and panoramic position, surrounded by olive groves, the house is a ideal starting point to visit Tuscany and the centre of Italy, being not far from the main communication routes.Wide, green equipped outdoor space and small private pool. All around the house a wide, green space equipped with gazebo, table, chairs and barbecue for outdoor meals. At clients disposal also a nice round pool (diameter mt 4, depth mt 1,20 - open from 01st June to 30th September). Moreover in the garden you can enjoy the free Wi-Fi access. Furnishing is nice and comfortable. On arrival clients will find a welcome basket with all that is necessary for breakfast.

Through a wooden staircase you reach the loft with single sofa bed. EQUIPMENT: air conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet access, barbecue, microwave.

Das kleine Haus ist wirklich wundervoll, sehr sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen von Leonardo gereinigt.Der Garten wunderschön angelegt mit gemütlichen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten. Man hat seine absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Durch die Nähe zur Autobahn hört man den Verkehr zwar ab und zu, aber nach 2 Tagen hat man sich daran gewöhnt. Außerdem gelangt man so schnell überall hin. Die Küche ist sehr klein - steht aber auch so in der Beschreibung, deshalb keine Kritik, nur als Info. Aber wer will auch schon kochen wenn es so viele leckere Restaurants in der Nähe gibt. Alles in allem eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft und ein sehr nette Vermieter. Können wir absolut empfehlen.DANKE an Leonardo

Schönes Haus abseits des Trubels und dennoch zentral gelegen

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der uneinsehbare, eigene, saubere Pool ist wunderbar! Das Haus ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Der Vermieter kommt einmal morgens und sorgt für Ordnung auf dem Gelände. Wir haben auch frische Tomaten und Weintrauben aus seinem angrenzenden Garten bekommen. Rundherum ein sehr empfehlenswerter Ort zum Erholen und Entspannen.
