At ST AYGULF, "feet in the water" at 50 m from the sea by direct private access to the beach. The apartment (50M2) with terrace (16M2) is on the ground floor of a quiet and secure residence. Property of the famous painter CAROLUS-DURAND in the last century, the residence is located 200 m from shops and the Provencal market. 5 kms from FREJUS, 10 Kms from ST RAPHAEL, 35 Kms from ST TROPEZ, 45 Kms from CANNES and 69 Kms from NICE (airport).
The apartment consists of:
- a living room-equipped kitchen, (oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, hood, dishes) a comfortable sofa bed,
- reversible climate control
- 1 bedroom, with 1 bed 140 and cupboards incorporated.
- 1 living room with sofa bed, 1 screen TV 80 cms, 1 DVD player,

This terrace gives access to a small private road leading to the coastal path and the beach.

Golf Roquebrune / Argens and equestrian clubs are 3 and 5 kms.
Sheets, towels and tea towels are provided and included in the price.
Dogs (only one per family) are allowed provided they are clean inside the apartment and outside.

A lovely stay in a perfect location, secluded but close to the city - and purchase options, and partcularly close to a pristine archipelago. Can only be recommended. We will probably visit the place again.

Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Betreuung der Vermieter, die sonst sehr diskret sind. Wohnung in gutem Zustand, gut ausgerüstet und vor allem sehr ruhig. Top ist Parkplatz im geschlossenem Bereich, netter Garten und sehr gute Lage unweit vom Strand. Da fühlt man sich gleich wohl und kommt gerne wieder.

Hübsches Appartement in toller Lage

Wir sind in Begleitung unseres Hundes verreist und haben hier sehr erholsame Ferien bei Traumwetter verbracht. Die Appartement Siedlung ist sehr gepflegt und es war recht ruhig (Nachsaison). Der Kieselstrand ist in 2 Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Sonnenaufgänge von dort sind spektakulär. Bridget ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin des hübschen Appartements und alles hat prima geklappt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Die Wohnung und Einrichtung ist älter aber sehr gut gepflegt. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Brigitte sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Lage zur Stadt und zum Strand ist wunderbar und der kleine Garten traumhaft. Merci Brigitte!
