Fantastic apartment, located in the center of the ressort Valle del Este, in the Las Yucas urbanization a few meters from the golf club and the tee.
Capacity for four people.
Perfect for a family vacation, enjoying the multiple options that the area offers us.
Beaches 15 minutes from the apartment.
It has three floors, on the main floor we have a fully equipped kitchen, guest toilet, living room, terrace of 20 m2 and clothesline. On the first floor we have two rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a bathroom with a full shower, on the third floor we have a private terrace of 60 m2.
- Very close to the shopping center, (less than 100 meters), equipped with several restaurants, physical therapist, hairdresser and super market.
- Spa just 120 meters away.
- Taxi service hiring the service by phone.

Great spot near the golf & bars!
A very spacious apartment, with great views of the 9th hole, where you get the sun from 2pm.
Everything was clean and in order.
Very easy communication for picking up the keys and only a 30 second walk to the stunning pool area.
I can highly recommend!
