NEW AT THE RENT ... We propose you to spend your next holidays in this apartment of 95m2 located in a quiet and secure residence in the heart of Calvi.
You will enjoy its terrace of 35m2 (view of the park of the residence) with relaxation area and dining area (electric griddle), as well as the pool reserved for residents. The apartment is fully air conditioned, you have a closed garage in the basement.
The kitchen is equipped and equipped (dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle ...).
A washing machine is at your disposal.

From there, you can do everything on foot ..! 5 minutes from the beach, the port and its bars, restaurants and shops, water sports, tree climbing, stroll in the pine forest ...

Bed linen, towels and cleaning are extra and mandatory for a fee of 100 € to be paid at the exit.

A deposit of 1200 € (not cashed) will be required at the time of handing over the keys and will be refunded upon departure if no damage is found.

Great place to stay in and great location

The apartment was spotless, well equipped and bigger than the pictures made it look. We had a wonderful time with our family. It is located in nice private complex that’s 5 min from a huge beach. 👍😉

Great apartment, perfectly located in Calvi near the beach

We very much enjoyed our family vacation in Calvi. The apartment is very clean, nicely decorated and has all the supplies you could ask for. Is is actually much much bigger than it looks on the photos. The terrasse is huge and the pool is super clean. Chantal is a superb host onsite. Thank You for everything!

Es war wieder sehr schön, leider war der Pool nicht mehr betrieben. Als wir gebucht hatten, war dies nicht ersichtlich in der Anzeige und wurde erst spÀter geÀndert. Aber ansonsten ein traumhafter Aufenthalt, die Terrasse und die NÀhe zum Strand und der Altstadt von Calvi sind einfach toll.

Tolle Wohnung in bester Lage

Die Wohnung ist wirklich super ausgestatttet und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der schöne, große Balkon ist ĂŒberdacht und kann zusĂ€tzlich mit einer senkrechten Markise beschattet werden. Außerdem ist er ebenfalls sehr geschmackvoll mit Eßbereich und Louge-Ecke möbliert. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und liegt ideal und ruhig in der NĂ€he (fußlĂ€ufig) vom Strand, der Innenstadt und verschiedenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in sehr guter Lage

Unser Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet, sehr schön eingerichtet und liegt ruhig in einer Appartementanlage. Der Strand ist zu Fuß schnell erreicht. Es gibt ein Bad mit Badewanne, die Dusche und zwei Waschbecken sind im großen Schlafzimmer untergebracht. In der KĂŒche gibt es viel mehr Zubehör als ĂŒblicherweise - es ist wirklich alles da.

Nous avons passé un trÚs bon séjour en famille avec deux adolescents. TrÚs bel appartement avec une magnifique terrasse situé dans un parc au calme. Tout est proche, la mer et la ville. Nous avons pu laisser la voiture dans le garage lorsque nous ne partions pas à l'extérieur de Calvi.
