Berrywood Farm is quite simply the stuff Michigan dreams are made of. This unique heritage property is ideal for reunions or large groups. Your stay provides access to the historic main farmhouse (4 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms), a charming cottage (one bedroom, one bathroom, full kitchen), loft above the barn (full kitchen, queen bed, full bath, pull out sofa), a pool house with kitchenette and full bathroom, as well as 33 spectacular acres offering soothing woods, wide open grassy fields and spring-fed ponds -- explorers will make a new discovery every day. The timber barn (ca. 1895) provides a stately backdrop for games on the great lawn or outdoor meals on the 10-foot gathering table. Lounge around the heated in-ground pool and take advantage of the poolside cabanas which feature a kitchenette, full bathroom and changing room. The farmhouse and cottage both feature ample southwest-facing decks that overlook the ponds and provide the ideal setting for evening meals. Those staying during the harvest season have access to orchards and groves that offer four varieties of apples, as well as pears, walnuts and the area's famous Concord grapes.

For those times when you decide to venture out, you'll find the location convenient to everything the region has to offer. Berrywood Farm is located less than two miles from the Union Pier exit on I-94. The nearest town is Three Oaks (3.5 miles) but its central location provides easy access to the nearby communities of Union Pier (2.5 miles), Lakeside (3.0 miles), New Buffalo (6.5 miles) and Sawyer (8.0 miles). The public beaches Town Line, Miller, McKinley and Berrien, on the shores of Lake Michigan are only three miles away.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Policy may vary per booking channel. NO REFUNDS are given if the cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date. Agent will make reasonable efforts to rebook. All cancellations must be in writing and delivered to Agent by mail or email. There is no refund for early departure.
