The Sun Set River View, Luxury, private, amazing views of River with Hot Tub
How our business started... In 1994 Eric started a small "part time" lawn mowing business for extra money that would eventually turn into much more and a full-time career and a family-owned company. In 1998 we were asked to manage a Vacation Home and being totally truthful... we had no idea of what we were doing and how fast we would learn. After having a terrible experience Renting a Vacation Rental in Northern Wis. I knew what my future would hold in the Property Management business. It was 3 simple things. 1) Be True and Honest to your Guests, 2) Treat our Guests the way I personally would want to be treated 3) Provide 5 star "Clean" accommodations and be better than the rest! After 25 years, we are going strong! KPS has several repeat guests and so many friend ships have been made. Till this day we still hold true to our 3-step system. We hope someday you can come enjoy one of our vacation homes or cabins. We are very proud of our Vacation Properties and the business we have created.
