About this property

A Sisco, village house of 65 m2 stone, authentic, with its breathtaking views of the mountains and the sea, in Cap Corse 20 minutes from Bastia.
Ideally located 2 kms from the sea in one of the first hamlets of which you will appreciate the calm and the charm.
Very nice house that will allow you to enjoy both the pleasures of the sea and the mountains with its many walks and walks possible.
This house can accommodate up to 8 people (contact me)
This house consists of 3 levels

On the ground floor:
-1 Fitted and fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven and microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster ......)
provision free high chair on request
- 1 private terrace overlooking the kitchen with picnic table and fixed barbecue (pergola to come)
- 1 bathroom + wc not independent

1st floor:
- 2 rooms full of charm thanks to the oak parquet floor and their apparent beams, composed each of a double bed and cupboards on measure, possibility of adding a baby bed (umbrella) without supplement.

At the last floor:
1 nice room of life with its chimney (functional), two sofas 3 places (convertible), television with satellite channels. You will also find board games and tourist documentation to prepare your days and enjoy your stay.
You will also have free WIFI access throughout the house.

Logement très atypique, propre et très agréable et décoré avec goût. Excellent endroit pour se retrouver au coeur d'un joli village très typé Corse. Nous recommandons sans hésiter.

Nice old house

Nice house with items necessary. Great view over the mountains from 1st and 2nd floor. Parking directly at the apartment not possible. Was either taken by somebod else or neighbors claim them to be private. Great and quick communication with host. Flexible, when only staying for a short period. Thanks Stéphanie

maison dans un joli village

Propre et typique cette location est adaptée a une petite famille . le seul bémol sont les escaliers de la maison qui ne sont pas adaptés a une personne âgée, a des enfants en bas age, ou en difficulté pour se mouvoir.
