At the heart of the "high city" overlooking the sea, where are the most beautiful neighborhoods of Granville, three comfortable apartments have been built on each level of a remarkable townhouse. Enough to satisfy vacationers wanting to anchor between the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel and the Channel Islands.

Possibility to do everything on foot: shops, the port, the beach, restaurants etc. Studio on the 2nd floor of a town house. Living room with fitted kitchen area (hotplates, fridge, oven / microwave) and lounge area (high or low table, TV, DVD). Sleeping area (bed 160). Shower room with wc (washing machine). WiFi internet access. Sheets and towels provided. Beds made on arrival. Electric individual heating. All inclusive. Cleaning service included. Non smoking studio. Public parking at 100m.
300 EUROS deposit will be required at the entrance of the place, it will not be cashed but returned to the exit in case of no damage.

Bonjour à tous belle appartement propre moderne magnifique tout est bien passé pour passer un agréable séjour de vacances. Tout est à côté bar restaurant tabac qui fait la boulangerie aussi très sympa et amicale le gèrent du tabac.boulangerie .nous avons passé une semaine de vacances très agréable le propriétaire très sympathique à notre écoute nous avons à doré notre vous recommande nous donnons 20 sur 20 sur cette apptememt et ces enlentour.

Séjour exceptionnel !!! à Granville Nous avons été enchanté de notre séjour dans cette magnifique ville située dans le vieux Granville . Merci Monsieur cordier pour votre accueil chaleureux et très cordial votre appartement et vraiment de toute beauté . Arranger avec goût, nous avons adoré. Nous retenons votre adresse dans l'intention de revenir et d'amener nos amis. le confort de votre appartement et top top, top . La literie de grande qualité nous avons dormi sur un nuage. Cuisine entièrement équipée salle de bain au top rien ne manquait. C'est un appartement situé dans une très jolie rue du vieux Granville . atypique et animés nous avons adoré. Nous n'avons pas eu besoin de prendre tous les jours la voiture pour faire nos emplettes ce qui nous a permis de profiter de la vue imprenable sur la mer. Nous avons pu aussi profiter des visites proche de Granville Comme Villedieu-les-Poêles et la visite de sa fonderie à faire absolument. Visite de Barfleur, St-Martin de varreville. Et bien entendu un petit peu de route mais juste ce qu'il faut pour aller voir la plus belle le Mont Saint-Michel . Bien d'autre endroits sont à visiter , une semaine ne suffisent pas pour découvrir cette magnifique région , la Normandie. Die Wohnung entspricht der Beschreibung. Alles sauber und die Ausstattung ist ausreichend für zwei Personen. Sie befindet sich in der Altstadt - Parksituation etwas problematisch. Leider sehr laut, da in der Bar um die Ecke bis spät in die Nacht gefeiert und gesungen wurde. Fenster konnten daher über Nacht nicht geöffnet werden. Ansonsten haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
