This property was everything we hoped it would be. Beautiful remote location but still walkable to the local village of Banne. The outdoor space was incredible with a beautiful pool and terrace area offering stunning views and the sense of tranquility. House was well equipped and very clean and remained comfortable even in the hot weather we experienced. Hosts are on site but very discreet (but also exceptionally friendly and available if needed). We are a family of cyclists and the cycling in this area is exceptional.

Lovely house in a beautiful location

We had a wonderful week at The Bastide. The house is spotlessly clean, the furnishings, kitchen utensils, crockery and linen etc all seemed to be new and the kitchen was very well equipped. The owners were very welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect for a relaxing week by the pool and ideal for walking and river swimming locally. The views were stunning and it is very peaceful. We were there in an extreme heatwave and, in hindsight, we should probably have asked for electric fans to put in the bedrooms at night, if we had asked I'm sure that Claude and Philippe would have happily provided them for us. We would definitely return to this idyllic holiday rental. Thank you.

Parfait pour se ressourcer !

Très beau gîte dans un environnement préservé dans un calme absolue. On vit à l’extérieur entre le salon de jardin, la splendide piscine où l’on peut vraiment nager (10x5), et le moment venu devant un BBQ-Plancha Weber de compet ! La ville Les Vans est à 15 mn en voiture. Claude et Philippe habitent la maison à quelques mètres, toujours disponibles si besoin ! C’était parfait pour nous!

Très belle location

A notre arrivée, nous avons été reçus par nos hôtes Claude et Philippe. Ils ont été tout au long de notre séjour à notre écoute et très prévenants. Ils sont charmants, ce sont des hôtes vraiment adorables. Toujours au petit soin pour nous. Le logement est très propre, ce qui était pour nous un critère des plus important. Le logement est très bien équipé. L'environnement est splendide et calme, au milieu des bois et se situe à 10mn en voiture de Les Vans. Nous avons profité de la belle piscine et avons fait de belles promenades. Nous conseillons vivement cette location et y retournerons sans hésiter si nous avons de nouveau la possibilité de visiter cette belle région. Nous remercions nos hôtes pour leur bel accueil.

Le Sud de l'Ardèche en toute tranquillité.

Gite confortable avec grande piscine privée, vue sur la forêt, sans aucun vis a vis. Propriétaires très accueillants, à proximité mais très discrets. 10 min en voiture des Vans avec tous les commerces. Gorges de Chassezac avec possibilité de canoë- kayak, village de Banne et bois de païolive...très bonne semaine, donnant envie de revenir. Merci Claude et Philippe.

Superbe Endroit !

Très belle maison, très au calme en pleine nature. La piscine est très spacieuse. Philippe et Claude sont des hôtes très attentionné et fort sympathique 😉. Beaucoup d'activités à proximité. Nous avons passé un séjour au top, nous reviendrons c'est sûr !
