Complex also gated and has security. Condo has full kitchen with everything you need, bathroom, TV, A/C, internet, balcony with beautiful views. Also there is a restaurant by the pool for drinks and food, as well as very close to local supermarket and other mexican restaurants.

great view, pools, whales and dolphins

The ocean view from the patio was excellent, we saw whales and dolphins every day. We watched the sunset poolside at night. We took our own cooler to the pool on most days, occasionally we ordered drinks and food at the pool or beach. The washer/dryer was a great bonus with detergent provided. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and drinks, in addition to a BBQ. The pools are amazing and huge. Plenty of room to use floaties. Air conditioning and wifi both excellent, Netflix on the TV. 20L of water in the room, additional 20L bottles available for 45 pesos at reception. Once settled, we accessed the elevator through the first(less obvious) reception gate, entering from the gravel parking area. Check-in was easy, Sandra met us on time. Staff at the gate are happy, and helpful, and will call you a quick cab.

Great property!

This is a great place to stay in Mexico! The room was clean and organized, it was very nice to have a full kitchen to cook meals. The AC worked amazing. Great views from the balcony, 2 minute walk to the beach. Would highly recommend this is friends and family.
