Perfect little vacation spot for myself and two children. Our room was great and clean. Decent view although you do look at the muddy lagoon going into the ocean. We don’t have much complaint. The condo had everything we needed from shampoo to a blender. Host was great to respond and communicate with when needed. I would stay again. The pillows were fantastic. I need to find ones like them for home.

We absolutely loved our trip and stay here! The condo was perfect, the staff was very welcoming, and the host was very helpful. We spent 10 days here with two kids (6 and 8), and everything felt kid-friendly, safe, and accommodating. We would recommend this condo to anyone and we will be back for a future trip!

Property is pretty quiet and has security. 15 mins from airport, restaurants, bars - perfect location. Don’t sleep on the restaurant downstairs - “The Snack Bar” - delicious pizza and Alfredo!!

Le condo est spacieux et très bien situé. La vue est magnifique. Le site incluant les piscines et le tennis furent très agréables. Petit bémol: nous avons dû faire le ménage à notre arrivée, exemple: laver la vaisselle dans les armoires, le micro-ondes et les autres électroménagers, car nous apprécions la propreté. Prenez note qu’il y a une consigne de ne pas mettre l’air climatisé plus froide que 73F ce qui peut être inconfortable surtout la nuit pour dormir. Portez attention aux portes patios qui peuvent s’ouvrir facilement aux extrémités lorsque vous croyez les avoir bien fermées au centre. Cela peut créer de la condensation sur les vitres. En conclusion, nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour et nous recommandons l’endroit.

Chris and Karla were accommodating and gracious hosts. Communication was exceptional. They were even able to extend our stay for one night that we needed. We have stayed at the Grand Venetian before, and the building and facilities are 5 star. Our condo was overlooking the ocean on one side and City view on the other. Great place, Great hosts , Great weather . What more could you ask for !

Our host, Chris was amazing! Had very good communication skills always checking on us. He gave us lots of extras.. coffee, water, washing supplies. The only thing that we were not happy with was there is a club right below tower 3000 that played LOAD music on Friday,Saturday and Sunday from 1 to 10pm

Beautiful Views

Lovely two balcony unit, offering you beautiful sunset views and choice of sun or shade. Very good correspondence with property owners and the key pad entry to unit is very convenient. The grounds of the Grand Venetian are spectacular. Also a great location for both dining and grocery shopping. The only negative would be the extreme loud music from a nearby ocean club (benefit of having 2 balconies).

A wonderful place to stay!

We had such a great stay at this condo! It's at a great location with lots of shops and restaurants around, and a quick taxi ride to other parts of town. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we spent many days around the pools. We were there over the winter holidays, so the pool area got busy, but we always found chairs and there was plenty of room to swim. The condo itself was so nice having a full kitchen, washer/dryer, and great views off the balcony. My teen stayed on the pull-out couch, which they had a nice foam layer on, so it was comfortable for him. The hosts were quick to reply to messages and helpful. Ultimately a great place... I was sad to leave!

Amenities: Gorgeous ocean views from this high rise building. 3 Outdoor pools, shared common room with billiards, fitness equipment, games and a movie theater. Underground parking, Wifi and an elevator. Activities: Swimming and water activities, golfing, shopping and dining. Hot Tub for Complex: Two 8 person outdoor hot tubs. Distances: The Aeropuerto Internacional de Puerto Vallarta airport is about a 10 minute drive.
