- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.

About Eric Luke
At the end of 2017, I quit my corporate job in NYC and spent the next year on a soul-searching sabbatical, eventually ending up in LA with my girlfriend Natalie. We love living here and spending time outdoors - surfing, cycling, hiking, skiing, and relaxing at the beach. My experience traveling around the world and meeting so many extraordinary hosts inspired me to become one myself. I put a lot of passion into turning my home into the ultimate Venice Beach getaway and I can't wait to share it with you!
