Our home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is just a block from the beach.
We supply bikes, beach equipment, baby supplies, high-speed wifi, cable TV, BBQ grill, and all the cooking utensils you could need.
Just a block from Main Street with the BEST shops and restaurants and with garage parking for 2 cars, this is a wonderful home for families.

Great house. Plenty of space for a family of 4 with separate bedrooms and bathrooms for the kids. Enjoyed the master bedroom balcony daily. Walking distance to the beach and shops and restaurants on Abbot Kinney. Secure parking was a plus.

We really liked location. The parking was very secure in an enclosed carport, the check in was very personable because the property manager met us & explained everything. There were also bikes available to ride, but we chose not use them. We were I. Town for the Michigan vs USC football game.

Perfect Venice Beach getaway!

Wonderful stay with the family at this beautiful property just a block from the beach. Incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed, plus the garage parking was a huge plus. Great location near Main Street restaurants and shops. Clean, comfortable, and responsive host. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful location

The host is exceptionally professional, friendly and communicative. The location is fantastic with just a short walk to the beach and walking distance to tons of eateries. The place is super clean and offers lots of sleeping options. Great price for all that is offered.

Great stay for family

Both twin beds are over the Queen beds for for young kids it’s perfect, but we are adults and no one wanted to climb up. We made do and used the couch but like I said kids would find it great.

Thanks for a great trip

We were out and about in LA most of the trip so we didn't spend much time in the house, but it worked for a family of four. Having a parking garage was a HUGE plus.

Perfect location

House is in a great spot to walk anywhere within a few minutes. The HVAC was an added bonus and kept the nighttime very comfortable. Highly recommend this property.

Great house close to the beach

We enjoyed our time here and the easy walk to different areas and the beach. The house was well stocked and we enjoyed the bikes that were provided to bike down to Santa Monica Pier. It was an easy drive to Universal Studios. The property management was very easy to work with.

Great location and owners

This home is a perfect location situated right by the boardwalk for Venice and Santa Monica and we got to enjoy the best of both. The owners were absolutely wonderful in their communication and were a pleasure to work with. Great for teenagers and pletny to do with our family in the area. The house was perfect for our group of 6 and we'll be back!

Fun family get away

We were in town for a family wedding. The location was perfect, just a couple miles away from most wedding events. The house was clean & spacious, with secure parking for our rental. The hosts were accommodating. Plenty of room for my husband & I plus our four kids. We would stay there again!

Fantastic Stay

Loved this stay. Plenty of space, great location and tons to do in the area. The three bedrooms and three bathrooms are a plus. Located two blocks from the beach at the north end of Venice was super nice. As well, we were walking distance to restaurants and shops. The parking garage was a huge bonus and appreciated. Check in and communication from the owners was stellar. All in all, we had a fantastic time at this house!

Clean property, personal check in process, great location. Was missing hand soap and wash cloth in master bath. Only really minor thing I could say aside from being a great stay.
