This 1400 sq ft 3 BR 2BA home, features convenience to shopping, restaurants, and a nearby state park, yet peace and quiet when you want to watch a gorgeous sunset. Or get out in the lake to fish or jet ski. It'slike living in a resort with all the comforts of home. 1 1/2 hours to Tampa or Orlando, 2 hours to Naples or Miami.

The place was great.. clean quiet and on a lake.. didnt get to spend much time there as i had alot to accomplish.. i will definitely stay here again next time and hopefully enjoy the property longer..

We love living close to shopping, movie theaters, and dining out. But we love coming home to our lake house.

Why they chose this property

This property is on 175 feet of lakefront. It feels private even though there are neighbors close by. Lake Sebring is a spring fed lake, and is maintained by the state. It's very clean.

What makes this property unique

This is one of the original houses built on Lake Sebring. We have updated everything, but it has a retro vibe to it. It's very comfortable.
