This is a large, bright and well-appointed apartment so feel very comfortable at once consisting of 2 bedrooms (1 parental suite with king size bed and private bathroom and one bedroom with 2 single beds) a large living room, dining room to eat and a large equipped suoer kitchen and a laundry room, the apartment has been furnished with great taste all the furniture is new (08/2019) and modern, also a beautiful terrace and especially a solarium of over 80 square meters with 360-degree views over the entire area overlooking the sea and golf views, calm and serenity assured.

Appartement très agréable

Appartement conforme aux photos. Très propre et fonctionnel. Propriétaire disponible et agréable. Piscine communautaire immense. Il est juste dommage qu'elle ne soit pas ouverte le matin, les enfants étaient frustrés. De plus pas de possibilité de jouer avec une grosse bouée ou un matelas pneumatique, les maîtres nageurs sont intraitables malgré le peu de monde présent dans l'eau. Sinon, tout le reste était très bien.

The apartment is in the first floor and is very nice, big and clean. The interior is light and modern. Well equipped and modern. It has a spacious balcony with a table and 6 chairs. An open staircase leads from the balcony to the very large private roof terrace. This terrace has 2 sun beds and a large lounge/dining area that is shaded for the larger part of the day. The shared swimming pool is open from 12:00 till 21:00 every day. The pool is large, clean, well maintained and supervised. Plenty of parking space. The beach and small shopping area of Alcaidesa are a 5 minute ride by car. All in all, highly recommended!

Magnífico. Gran acierto.

Las fotos corresponden totalmente al estado actual del alojamiento. Limpieza perfecta. Colchones muy cómodos. El solarium una maravilla, aunque no lo utilizamos apenas ya que pasábamos el día fuera y por la tarde-noche utilizábamos ya la mesa de la terraza. (Importante poner velas en la terraza y enchufes en las habitaciones para evitar las picaduras de los mosquitos por la noche . Con esto, solucionado y ningún problema). Apenas a una hora y cuarto de Chiclana de la Frontera, Zahara de los Atunes. Un poco menos hasta Vejer de la Frontera, un precioso pueblo que aconsejo visitar como imprescindible y ver su ruta musical guiada nocturna de Las Marimantas. A un paso de Sotogrande y Gibraltar(10-15.minutos) y a unos 20 minutos de Estepona. La playa de la Alcaidesa la disfrutamos varios días, ya que estaba a menos de 10 minutos y tenía un chiringuito fantástico (One Edén). La arena quemabaa muchísimo, pero el agua es muy cristalina. El trato con el propietario ha sido maravilloso, siempre respuesta rápida y pendiente de que todo estuviese a nuestra satisfacción. En resumen: muy contentos porque hemos acertado al elegir este alojamiento y han sido 8 días (del 2 al 10 de julio de 2022) disfrutando de una estancia y unos días maravillosos. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!
