Stunning penthouse apartment with 120m² terrace in the middle of the golf course of Dona Julia - sea panoramic view!

We would like to offer you with our "penthouse apartment" a holiday destination where you can optimally enjoy your stay on the Costa del Sol. Whether you come with family or friends, enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view from the terrace and our gallery with lounge furniture overlooking the sea. Casares del Mar is a commune near Estepona 15 km, Marbella 40 km and Gibraltar 40 km.
In the complex are 2 pools with showers, toilets and sun loungers and umbrellas. Here you also enjoy a great view of the sea. The beach is a 10 minute walk. The golf course is also a 5-minute walk away.
All shopping facilities are within easy reach, whether in San Luis de Sabinillas or Puerto de la Duquesa (beautiful marina). Here you will find a wide range of local and national restaurants, as well as water sports and leisure activities.
The penthouse is fully furnished. Outdoor shower on the upper sun terrace, and a gas grill for cozy barbecues under a clear starry sky.

Amazing views and outdoor space
We had a great stay and had everything we needed. It needs to be noted the elevator/lift does not work and appears to have no intention of working anytime soon. With this being a top floor apartment hauling luggage was a work out. Not suitable for anyone relying on easy access. 6 flights of stairs from the underground parking or 4 from the ground level. The convenience of a parking space in the underground garage was nice. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated however I would say this property is for 4 adults max. The outdoor space was fantastic and the seating was great. The living area inside would not support 6 people - it really wouldn’t accommodate 4. The “sofa” is a day bed and not at all comfortable. If you are looking to dine inside. Again the table would really only seat 4. Beds and linens were comfortable and good. Both bathrooms had good showers. A great place for just 2 of us - I couldn’t vouch for more than that. Ana was a great host and help us through our check in process.
