New amenities in 2025, snack bar, splash pad, adult pool, bar. This professionally decorated, 27th floor unit has 12' ceilings and sleeps 12. Great ocean views! Newly painted, and renovated. The Foster OBA Phoenix Rentals comes with complete kitchen, stocked full & including a Keurig coffee maker. Three bedrooms each with private attached bath, and a 4'th full bath behind the kitchen so very convenient to the living area. The master bedroom has a king bed which opens with French doors to the dining area, making it an ocean front view. Full bathroom attached with jacuzzi, walk in closet and shower. Other 2 bedrooms have 2 queen beds in each. The building is very family oriented with indoor and outdoor pools, splash pad, water slide and Lazy River. During summer season, preference given to 4 or more nights.
Parking up to two cars $60/car one time fee. My friends and I stayed here and it was wonderful! The building amenities and room were great, very spacious and accommodating. The view from the room and balcony were wonderful to wake up to everyday. We saw dolphins every morning and evening. Definitely recommend and would stay here again.

We love staying at this condo complex because it's easy beach access, pool access, lazy river, restaurant onsite and plenty to do! The owners were extremely kind and responsive to the questions I had.

Condo was everything we could have wanted. View of the ocean was fantastic. Access to the beach was easy. Nice indoor pool, hot tub, lazy river and outdoor water slide. My son and nephews enjoyed the basketball courts. The exercise room was convenient. Only complaint was the wait for the elevators was 15 minutes or so several times close to the weekend.

Vacation Rental ReviewThe condo was clean, beachy, and in a great location. Our family loved the easy beach access and used the lazy river daily. A few updates are needed: moldy grout in the master shower, drapes that need laundering, and a refrigerator that wasn’t keeping food cold. Our milk, juice, yogurt, eggs, cottage cheese, and lunchmeat were getting warm, so we moved them to the wine fridge. I contacted Pat, and Bill came the next morning. The fridge was cold by then, so we moved everything back.A week after our stay, we were charged 75 for “unnecessary weekend refrigerator service,” even though I only contacted them because the refrigerator was not keeping our food cold. Pat messaged me that it is normal for a fridge to take 24 hours to cool when warm items are added. I told her that we did not put warm items in the fridge and he came Tuesday morning which is not a weekend day. I asked her to remove the charge and received no response. The extra charge felt completely unfair given the circumstances.

“I needed service calls initiated by lesee may be deducted from the security deposit” despite the fact that this unit had a second refrigerator in the bar area to hold food overnite, guest insisted on immediate service call for a fully functioning refrigerator. That cost was passed along because no service was needed at all. The unit is maintained in top shape and continues to be. Glad it was enjoyed.
