It overlooks the back, and therefore has a pleasant quiet terrace.
It is in the immediate vicinity of the center and the sea.
The Croisette is 300 m away, and the top of the Rue d'Antibes is 400 m.
Everything is accessible on foot.
Guests enjoy free secure underground parking with easy access.
You are greeted upon arrival at the premises for an explanation of the amenities of the apartment, and if you wish, a brief overview of the surroundings and activities.
The apartment is fully equipped. Fridge, induction, extractor hood, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, hair dryer ...
You will find linen and towels, as well as toiletries (soap, shampoo, shower gel).
The apartment is equipped with Netflix, and broadband fiber optic connection.
A supermarket is located at 500 m, open 7 days a week, even out of season and from 6am to midnight every day.
The train station is less than 15 minutes walk and 5 minutes by car. Direct bus.
Nice airport is reachable in 30 minutes by car in normal traffic.
The reception is between 16h and 20h. Outside these hours, accessibility is possible for an additional fee.

Ottimo appartamento, in una zona tranquilla ma vicinissima alla Croisette ed alla Rue Antibes.
Appartamento attrezzato con tutte le comodità, bene arredato e confortevole. Comodissimo il garage ed apprezzabile il balcone dove poter mangiare.
