The apartment has a fantastic view of the bay of Cannes, which is less than 50 m away, as well as overlooking the communal pools. The unit has a large open plan kitchen/communal area, with access to a balcony complete with outdoor table and chairs. Inside, the apartment is outfitted with designer furniture, flat screen TV (with French and international channels), a blu-ray DVD player, as well as wireless broadband access. There are two bedrooms with enough sleeping space for four people, two bathrooms (one en suite with jacuzzi, one with shower cubicle). We are not dependent on rental income from France, but we are emotionally dependent on having happy guests in our apartments in Royal Palm, who would like to come back to us. Many of them return to us year after year.

This enabled us to buy the most attractive, both internally and externally, with panoramic sea views over the Bay of Cannes.
