Nice and friendly neighborhood,
Garage Parking for up to 2 cars in heated garage setting.
Off street parking in back alley which is Convenient for guests with own cars
Close to bus stop with direct access to major oil sand industries
Close to Grocery shops and parks
The Space:
Guests will access every part of the main floor except the basement suite.
There is a 2 car heated garage space accessed via the back alley road
Interaction with Guests:
REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT OF $250 TO BE COLLECTED FROM GUEST UPON ARRIVAL
No walking with shoes in the house, this helps to keep our floor in good shape.
Dishes should be washed after use.
-No smoking (Fines of $250 charged to Guest)
- No Incense of any sort (Fines of $250 charged to Guest)
- No Pets
- No parties or events allowed.
No Shoes allowed on carpet in the apartment. All shoes to be kept in shoe tray by doorway.
A lot of neighbours work very early, so quiet times must be observed to respect them. Quiet times are 10pm to 7am
