"Short-Term Rentals - Lifetime Memories" - come make some memories! Stay at the newest and nicest complex in St. George right next to the Las Palmas Resort. This townhouse was just finished in October of 2018. Brand new and very luxurious. People are raving about the upstairs den featuring 2 full over full bunk beds (sleep 8 in one room).

Literally steps out the townhouse is the huge pool with a kids water dome, a slide, 2 hot tubs, and a waterfall. Use the bbq and enjoy 5 Roku TVs with easy access to your favorite entertainment including Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO and more. We have pre-loaded YoutubeTV, DIsney+, Netflix on all the TVs for your convenience.

Perfect family fun

It was wonderful! We had enough room for everyone that came (11 of us). It is in a great location close to any thing you want to do. The only thing we wish we had was a broom and dust pan because you know, kids

Loved the rental. Loved the pool and access. It was also clean the neighborhood was quiet and clean. Our only concern was that the TV remotes did not work for the room they were in. They just weren’t labeled so we had to try and find which remote goes to which tv. Also, maybe need to have extra batteries around since they are battery powered and they were very slow with low battery.

Great location!

This was perfect for our family for the weekend. We enjoyed the location and pool. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The bathrooms were clean but could benefit from some deep cleaning, particularly the tile and grout in the showers. Also, the bedding and mattresses were average.

This property from the pictures looks like it’s small but this condo is very nice and accommodating on the inside.. plenty of room, decorated nicely and well stocked with all the things you’ll need. We enjoyed our stay and it didn’t come with all the fees other rentals in this area have...

Softballl Tournament

It was a quick weekend for our daughter’s softball tournament. Place was great. I wish they had left more “sand” for the shuffleboard. And I couldn’t get anyone to respond to me with the Roku code so I could download Fubo to sign into my account. But it was a good stay.

Really nice place to stay!

Great place to stay! Fit all 13 of us very comfortably. Nice to have so many bathrooms. Kitchen was stocked for our cooking needs. We were even able to use the grill outside. It was nice that they had some decor but not so much that I had to worry about my kids breaking something. Only complaint is one of the king size beds had a plastic mattress cover that was very uncomfortable. I contacted the host about it so hopefully they fix it.

The accommodations are very nice. The pool is wonderful. My only complaint would be some of the bedding especially the comforters had stains on them-clearly appearing unwashed. Curtain going out to back porch has food all over it. Master bathroom sink is draining very slowly & needs help. All together, I would go back! Location is great & St George is beautiful! It had everything we needed!

The only thing I had an issue with was a smell coming from laundry machine when I got there, and an only mentioning it in case someone else encounters so you know it is very short lived and goes away. The water took a while to warm up but as soon as I reached out to the host, I got a text back and a plumber shortly after. Even though the water issue resolved on its own, they double checked to be sure when arrived. It’s a quiet but fun area, but we weren’t there for a house party by any means, so I appreciated the serene location. Very family friendly near so many great places. The house was fully stocked with everything you need, literally only worried about our luggage and groceries. Very accommodating rental and will definitely go back, my family loved it.

Just a few problems

Hot water was an issue. There wasn’t enough for more than two people to take a shower at a time. Whenever the water was turned on there was a terrible sound in the pipes that needs to be addressed. We reported it to the management company and they said they would take care of it. Probably just an airlock but it was very annoying. The condo had not been properly cleaned. All the baseboards were dirty. One bed had not even been changed after the previous guests had left. One duvet cover had fresh blood stains on it. Should have been washed. Was not. Overall it was not a great experience in spite of the fact that we did enjoy our stay in the area. Not sure if we would ever consider returning. The big issue was the cleanliness of the place.
