This location is right in the heart of Soulard. Lots of places to dine/pub/markets withing walking distance. The condo was clean, spacious, and inviting. The off street covered parking was much appreciated given parking in this area on weekends can be hard to find. There is a large outdoor are that is private and has a table and chairs. It was perfect for our family weekend.

Great location with off-street parking. Great bars and grills within a stone's throw.Many area bars offer bus services, with purchase, to events happening at the stadium and other large venues. It's the perfect spot to stay for a weekend series.For other places you might want to visit but don't want to drive, ride-share services are very active in the area. We waited 1 minute for a ride. Jeff's property is well cared for, clean, and welcoming.We hope we can return for an even longer stay.Thanks for hosting us!

We loved it here! Beautiful part of the city, so many old churches, businesses and restaurants nearby. Wonderful open living space for a weekend filled with family games and movies. Jeff is great to talk to about planning. Will definitely visit here again.

So often, hotel photos are years old and before any use. The pictures are an accurate representation of what we expected. The ample parking permitted us to walk to the wedding venue and surrounding locations, allowing us to enjoy the family gathering without fighting traffic and searching for a parking space. As disclosed, the late night noise across the street does impact the front bedroom but did not interfere with the other two bedrooms. Our only complaint was the plug-in air fresheners as one guest has allergy induced asthma. Once we located the fresheners and secured them under a sink, there were no additional irritants. Fabulous stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Our host was most accommodating. We were running early and he had the property ready for an early check in. The location of the property was super convenient, right in the heart of Soulard, a quick walk to several good restaurants.

We had a good stay. Very clean and plenty of space for all of us. Parking in back car port was awesome and kept my car off the street. Kitchen was great having. Host was amazing and quick to respond to messages. Will definitely choose this place again.

We loved our stay in Soulard! Diverse neighborhood with great restaurants in walking distance and easy access to downtown. Great rental with everything needed for a long weekend stay. Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, easy check in process and Jeff was very easy to communicate with. No issues during our stay, would highly recommend! Really appreciated the off street/secure parking as well!

Perfect House in Soulard

This home is absolutely perfect for a long weekend stay in St. Louis! The location in Soulard was ideal, with popular bars, restaurants, and the farmers market all within a five-minute walk. I will definitely be booking this home again in the future!
