Close to the magnificent Kervel beach (500m), this very quietly contemporary house of 170m2 is located in the middle of a 3000m2 garden with lot of trees. Freshly renovated and provided with all the necessary comfort you will find a haven of peace allowing you to recharge your batteries around its heated swimming pool and sauna or to entertain yourself in the relaxation room (fitness equipment, large screen projection (access to Youtube, Deezer, Netflix, Prime video, Molotov ...).
Ideally located for visiting Cornwall (Locronan at 6 km, Douarnenez at 9 km, Quimper at 22 km, Menez-hom, Presqu'ile de Crozon, Pointe du Raz) ... or for hiking, surfing, kitesurfing, windsurfing sailing, paddle, sand yachting nearby ...

Ideal family holiday house

The house is ideal for a family holiday, with a lovely heated pool, large garden for games, a well equipped kitchen and the welcome bonus of the cinema room. The beautiful sandy beach is only a short walk away, though our grand children found it hard to leave the pool! All three generations thoroughly enjoyed their holiday here. The host was helpful on our arrival and very responsive when contacted.

Fabulous home in a beautiful, peaceful location

We spent 7 nights in this lovely home which had everything we needed, including a heated pool, big garden, sauna and cinema room. Kids lived in the pool! Also only a 10-15 minute stroll to the beach!

Family holiday fun

This house feels like home. It has everything you need for family meals, entertainment and relaxation. Our grandson(8) loved the football pitch sized garden, our granddaughter (3) loved the pool(even in the rain) and the beach. The cinema room was a godsend on a rainy day. We didn't use the sauna but it's great for hide n seek!. It's a short walk to the beautiful sandy beach and the friendly bar at the other end - all very quiet with plenty of space. There is also free parking if you have a load of kit to take with you! A car is, however, essential for groceries or eating out but there is a choice of boulangeries and large supermarkets within a short drive. The owner is easily contactable and obliging.

Tout est parfait ! Nous attribuons 5 étoiles, rien de moins. Propriétaire très très sympa, maison extrêmement bien équipée, superbe (grand) jardin, piscine chauffée... et si un nuage passe, salle de sport et / ou ciné pour les enfants ! Quant à l'environnement, à moins de ne pas connaître la Bretagne..... auquel cas c'est une excellente opportunité de la découvrir ! Merci aux propriétaires. Nous n'excluons pas d'y revenir un jour.

EinHaus, das keine Wünsche offen lässt

Ein Haus, das so gut we keine Wünsche offen lässt - komplett ausgestattet, wertiges Interieur, sehr sauber und mit einem tollen Außengelände. Der wunderschöne und gepflegte große Garten steht für sich - wir haben aber vor allem den herrlichen Rechteckpool genossen (8x4 m - Sauberkeit top!). Dieser ist beheizt, was an einigen Tagen in der Bretagne durchaus notwendig sein kann :-). Wunderbare Umgebung auch - nur 500 m vom Sandstrand entfernt und der tollen Küstenlinie mit ihren kleinen Pfaden in der blühenden Heide. Jean ist ein großartiger Gastgeber, immer ansprechbar aber sehr dezent. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Excellent accueil du propriétaire de cette maison extrêmement bien équipée et soignée. La piscine chauffée à 27 degrés est un plus qui a été apprécié de toute la famille. Je ne peux que recommander cette location et je n’exclue pas pour ma part d’y retourner bientôt !

Very nice home in Brittany

We stayed for one week with your adults and one child and thourougly enjoyed it. The house is spacious and very well equipped. Wonderful heated pool!!! Communication with the landlord was easy and very friendly.
