You will appreciate this house for its enclosed outdoor space, its sunshine on the garden side from morning to evening and its strategic location. You will be 300 m from the beach and the GR 34 trail for beautiful walks. By car, it takes you 5 minutes to go to the first restaurant, 6 minutes to go to the Intermarché, 25 minutes to reach Quimper train station and 45 minutes from Brest / Guipavas airport.

Nautical activities are available in the bay: sailing school, surf schools... You can rent a windsurf board, a Hobie Cat 16 catamaran, a kayak, a surfboard or try your hand at sand yachting in Sainte Anne La Palud... 10 minutes by car.
For those who are less sporty, thalassotherapy is another enjoyable activity.
