About this property

Our beautiful and spacious Villa is situated in a quiet subdivision on a large lake front lot with preserve views in close proximity to Nokomis Beach.

The open concept floorplan with cathedral ceilings and lots of windows allows for a large supply of natural light that make this house feel spacious.

The split floor plan offers a large primary bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, double vanity sink, and a walk-in closet on one side of the home and two additional bedrooms that share a bathroom on the other side. The office and a laundry room with washer and dryer is located just off the living room.

The center of the home is a spacious,fully equpped kitchen with a breakfast bar that opens towards the dining and living area.

Stepping into the screened-in pool enclosure, you will be amazed by the scenic view of the lake and the surrounding nature. Take a dip into the salt water pool, equipped with an electric heat pump and a newer multiple speed pump.

There is a two-car Garage available and a the large driveway offers additional off street parking

Nokomis Beach is only 4 miles away and the Legacy Bike Trail as well as the Oscar Scherer State Park are just around the corner. Grocery stores, Bars and Restaurants are also close by and Downtown Venice can be reached within a short 15 min. car ride.

Lovely home in a great location

Our family had an amazing experience at this home! Very confortable and spacious. Our children loved the pull. This community is a bird sanctuary so you will see an entire colony of birds right behind the home which was lovely to see. Nokomis beach is just about 4 miles away my fav beach thus far. The property manager was very responsive to our needs and we look forward to returning for another extended stay in the near future.
