Nestled on a peaceful cul-de-sac with views of a small pond, this single-level home offers comfort and convenience without stairs.

Pool and Outdoor: Screened-in private pool, patio with grill, and a tranquil pond view. (For added peace of mind, we’ve installed a pool door alarm as an extra layer of safety.)
Living Space: New 55" Smart TV with cable, multiple WiFi/Smart TVs, and comfortable living areas.
Bedrooms: Brand new king master bed with a 5" memory foam mattress and en-suite, a guest room with a queen bed, and another with twin and trundle beds.

Extras: Private washer/dryer, keyless entry, 2-car garage, and driveway parking.
