This gorgeous custom comfortable home is decorated with beautiful quality finishes, has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths with enclosed swimming pool and beautiful luscious greenery that loves our warm weather.

There's an updated kitchen with white cabinets and plenty of room to buy all the groceries you want. natural solid stone counters, large stainless farm-style sink with spring pull-down faucet, stainless appliances with a modern dining table and six chairs to the side of the kitchen and open to the main room......coffee in hand and the scent of fresh homemade blueberry pancakes....fresh Florida orange juice anyone!?

Zoning restrictions of once per month. Booking season (Feb / Mar) please book whole months only... e.g. Feb 1 - Feb 28 not Feb 15 - March 15. Please do not leave gaps of less than a month during season.

Your lease will say no pets and we can change it after we confirm your pet is okay. No aggressive breeds or chewers.
All pets must be approved so reach out to us first. This property allows 1 dog. For approved pets, there is an a nonrefundable pet fee of $300 plus taxes and processing fee for 1 pet. Make sure to pick up after your dog.

Nice home

Property manager are great. On the spot for all your needs. Very busy area but nice and convenient to get everything you need. Loved the house. Close to everything. I would recommend a stay here for sure. Needs a pool heater. Great pool but cold in the off season. Felt very safe in the area overall.

Loved our stay

Really enjoyed our stay in Sarasota. The house was clean and well appointed as well as convenient to many local business points of interest. We especially liked the lanai/pool area which provided privacy and comfort for our "social hour" after a day of activities. The pool was also well cared for and was great for cooling down on the hottest days!

Great hideaway!

We loved this house! Very private, clean and exactly as pictured. We really enjoy the Gulf Gate location and it is centrally located to shops, restaurants and Siesta Key and other beaches. We would definitely stay here again! And Ohhhh....did I mention the wonderful pool!

Better than expected

Had a wonderful experience from check in to check out. Owners were easy to reach & responded promptly. Property is well maintained & the pool was perfect. Location is fantastic. Easy drive or uber to Downtown sarasota, siesta key village & Venice. Property is beautiful (felt like we were staying in a resort).
