About the host
Hosted by susan

I came to South Eastern Arizona about 10 years ago from an island a stones throw from Seattle. After twenty years in the Northwest, I was ready for a change from the grey and green. I currently live in the small old mining town of Bisbee, two hours from Green Valley and worth a visit. I'm getting ready to move to the much more bustling metropolis of G.V. by next winter.
Why they chose this property
This quiet area offers proximity to Tucson and the Green Valley community has a wide range of activities to partake of -- including aqua aerobics, which I sorely need. (Does that qualify as a pun?)
What makes this property unique
The local landscapes have an exotic appeal, with prickly plants, palm trees, and bougainvillea. . . and the range of wildlife continues to fascinate. I understand that there are rattlesnakes, but I've never seen one. Do be alert if you walk the wash behind the property!
