Very large 2br of 75 sq. m renovated with modern furniture and high-quality amenities is situated on the 1st floor without elevator. This apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, and includes:

-a very well-equipped and functional kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, hotplates, fridge)

## Neighborhood

You are in the best place to discover the many advantages of Nice! You will be able to live in a lively district and visit Nice easily. You must go to the Promenade des Anglais and to the beach, you can easily go there by foot (10 min away). Let yourself also be tempted by their specialties such as the Pissaladière and chestnut pie. The Old Nice and its typical alleys stretch out your arms, you can be there within 10 min away by foot. Stop enjoying the Fennochio ice cream, which is inimitable! On the way, stop at the castle hill, which offers the most beautiful panorama of the city. The surrounding villages (Villefranche, Beaulieu, Eze, and others) are also worth a visit. They are well served by buses (which leave from the apartment). Finally, nothing better than simply strolling, Nice will seduce you with its many assets!

Great Apartment

Location was wonderful, close to shops, restaurants and even a laundromat. The apartment had all the conveniences we expected. Wish the washing machine also dried clothes, but they did have a wire rack in the master bedroom balcony to dry clothes. Also, it would be wonderful if they got a new shower curtain for the master bathroom and a better enclosure for the 2nd bathroom shower. This shower leaked outside every time. Otherwise, our stay was great.

Good location but Mediocre Quality of Support and Amenities

The location of the property was fine, as it was only a 20 minute walk to Vieux Nice and to the Promenade des Anglais (beach). Additionally, the property is only a 25-30 minute walk to the Nice-Ville train station, where one can access by train to almost all towns in the Riviera (Cannes, Antibes, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Beaulieu-Sur-Mer, Grasse, Eze, etc.). Furthermore, the train station to/from the airport is only several city blocks away, and if one rents a car, there is a parking lot about 2 blocks away (car rental is only necessary if one wants to explore towns/sites in the Riviera not easily accessible by train or bus). Regarding the neighborhood of the property, it is a safe neighborhood, with several restaurants and bars close by, as well as a Carrefour market two blocks away and a very large Monoprix about 4-5 blocks away. Regarding the unit itself, it is very basic. In one of the rooms, there is only a Full size bed (not a Queen size bed) and a table with several drawers. It would have been much appreciated if the room had a night table and a lamp. The other bedroom was larger with an ensuite bathroom - with a cheap broken shower curtain - which would have cost minimally to replace. Additionally, one is provided only with one set of towels per person and one set of bed sheets. Although the unit has a clothes washer, it does NOT have a dryer and if one is staying at the unit for any extended length of time, this presents a problem. In addition, there are practically very few items, like paper towels, toilet tissues, garbage bags, provided for the guests. (We wound up buying a supply and even leaving unused extras for the next guests.). However, my main recommendation for improvement is with the hosting. I felt like a ping-pong ball being sent to a different host than the one that I communicated during the booking, as the one that I had communicated with "was on a date" and could not talk to me. On another occasion, I was referred back to the original host (the one "on the date:") by the other host. What we decided to do was to resolve any issues/concerns by ourselves using Google (for example) to find out how to use some of the appliances. As I have used VRBO multiple times, I had never encountered such a situation, and, therefore, I recommended to the management that having a dedicated host is the way to go. There is more to VRBO rentals than having a unit to rent. The Quality of the service by the owner/rental agency is most critical
