We like the unit. We stayed there last year and reserved it for next year.

An amazing week!

The location was great! The check in process was so easy. There were plenty of carts to facilitate the move in. The condo was clean and plenty of space for our family of 8 but could gate fit an additional 3 more comfortably. The view was breath taking!

Excellent location

Condo was in a great location, very comfortable, roomy, with well stocked kitchen, excellent parking and it had shopping carts and luggage racks to make moving in very easy. Not sure how recently it was renovated though but it is a nice condo.

Perfect get away

The property at Crescent Beach was perfect. The ocean view from the family room and master bedroom were a sight to see. I do wish pets were allowed because my fur baby was missed. Lots of people had their dogs on the beach in the fall of the year, but this was not an option at this location.

Summer Vacation

All in all this was a nice rental. We were 2 adults and 4 kids 16 and under. Space was perfect with 5 beds, 3 bathrooms, full kitchen, balcony overlooking the beach and w/d. Pull out sofa too but we didn’t need to use. Couches were comfy. Right across from elevator, 11th floor, so getting up/down to beach and pool was easy with the 3 elevators there. Had a couple of beach chairs in closet so that was helpful. Linens and towels were very clean and good quality, beds were all clean and comfy, A/C worked great. Complex overall was nicely kept. No issues :) Excellent area in N Myrtle with easy access to lots of great local spots. Only about 15-20 mins to Myrtle Beach attractions. A few areas could benefit from some improvement- Cleaning could have been more thorough throughout, kitchenware getting old and could use replacing/additional utensils would be good, only local ‘cable’ and DVD player available- wasn’t really able to get remotes working in bedrooms and those tvs were tiny, shower heads in the 2 smaller bathrooms really need an upgrade (super strong stream and hard to adjust for the kids). Note that parking for guests only allowed in property’s garage across the street with 15 min parking to load/unload in front of building (plenty of luggage and shopping carts to use to get things to room). Took some getting used to but worked out ok for the week.

Hi, Julie! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and the unit you selected. We will definitely bring it to the homeowner's attention to check the shower heads and utensils, and have our maintenance team check on the remotes. Parking is tight in that section of the beach so unfortunately they have to enforce the 15 minute unloading limit. We hope you'll consider booking another condo with Condo-World in the future!
