Enjoy a premium beachfront stay in this beautifully remodeled 4-bedroom, 3-bath end-unit condo at Crescent Shores (North Tower, 6th floor). With nearly 1,800 sq ft of living space, this bright and spacious retreat offers ocean views from almost every room and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.

April 2026 Updates:
Brand new 75” Samsung Smart TV in the living room, added TV and new dresser in the master bedroom, updated TV console, refreshed living room layout, and upgraded décor throughout.

The open living area is designed for comfort and entertainment, featuring updated furnishings, a large dining space, and a massive 75” TV perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Step out onto the private oceanfront balcony and take in sweeping coastal views.

The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel Samsung refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee maker, blender, Crockpot, and all cookware and essentials needed for your stay.

The room was wonderful, accommodating our big big family perfectly! The host was always very quick to respond to any questions quickly and to give very thorough instructions and information for check in/out and the whole stay in general. They also sent us restaurant and places to go recommendations. The view was amazing and we loved sitting in the big balcony as a family. Overall, the whole trip was so fun and having a good host and a wonderful place to stay made it so much better. 10/10 for me!

Everything was amazing from the time we booked the rental until the time we left. Mark sent out check in instructions ahead of time along with tons of info. We were able to check in early, which was awesome after traveling. The condo is absolutely gorgeous, and having access to the pools in addition to the beach was awesome. We spent tons of time sitting on the balcony and watching the waves (and sunrise). Mark was super helpful and even sent us a link to a cool love cam of the beach. Best rental experience we have had! I hope we get to come back!!

This property is a great value if you are looking for a place on the ocean with a lot of space. Good sized bedrooms and beds, plenty of bathroom space. Clean. Convenient location - plenty of restaurants and all you need within a couple of mile radius. So easy to get to the beach. The best part of the trip!Mark is an excellent host and will quickly respond to your questions or any problems that may come up. Beat the crowds with check-in and check-out with an early arrival if possible. It seems like everyone arrives close to the same time on Saturdays for check in. Thanks for a great stay!

The condo was very clean and in good condition. There was a receipt on the fridge showing that the carpet and upholstery had been cleaned recently which was awesome. The master bed was comfy. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. I liked having the shoe racks at the door to hold everything and it was very nice having all that equipment in the closet to use on the beach. The only thing I would report is that the sliding door was very difficult to open if you closed it all the way. We often had to get someone from inside open it because you couldn't get your hand in there to get enough grip to open it if it was closed all the way but not sure if that is anything that can be corrected. The owner was very attentive and responsive throughout and that was very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend staying again.

My wife and I were visiting family in 2004 and decided to stay at Crescent Shores, which was brand new and just opening with much fanfare and excitement. Crescent Shores was one of the nicest oceanfront communities in North Myrtle, located at what many views as one of the nicest areas of North Myrtle, Crescent Beach. We loved it so much that we bought the condo before we even arrived and have enjoyed it ever since. We live in California but love our annual trips to Crescent Shores and the Carolinas.

Why they chose this property

Crescent Shores is one of the nicest oceanfront condominiums in North Myrtle. It has a great beach with the banana boar rentals, parasailing, restaurants, a bar, and grills....all within a short walk. Crescent Shores has 2 pools and the Lazy River, which the kids all love. It is a great place to stay and enjoy your Carolina vacation.

What makes this property unique

We are active and involved hosts. If you have a problem, call us, and we will have someone out to the property quickly to get whatever situation needs to be handled. Although, we do annual maintenance and inspections to make sure the condo is always clean and ready to go for our guests. The condo is conveniently located on the 6th floor, so you can always take the elevator going in and out. But, if you are up for just a little exercise, the 6th floor is close enough to take the stairs.
