With nearly 1,800 sq ft of living space, this bright and spacious retreat offers ocean views from almost every room and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.

April 2026 Updates:
Brand new 75” Samsung Smart TV in the living room, added TV and new dresser in the master bedroom, updated TV console, refreshed living room layout, and upgraded décor throughout.

The open living area is designed for comfort and entertainment, featuring updated furnishings, a large dining space, and a massive 75” TV perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Step out onto the private oceanfront balcony and take in sweeping coastal views.

The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel Samsung refrigerator, dishwasher, Keurig and drip coffee maker, blender, Crockpot, and all cookware and essentials needed for your stay.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Lock the doors
Wash provided dishtowels for the next guest.
If beach gear is damaged, bin it in the trash by the south tower—keep it tidy.
Don't lock the storage unit.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Any smoking or pets in the condo can cause an eviction from the condo and guest will be responsible for any cleaning, damages or loss of future rents.
*An adult over 25 must accompany guests under 21. We reserve the right to deny a reservation request or request an increased security deposit.

We enjoyed this condo very much. plenty of space - bright and open - beach view.We did not like the parking situation (across the street) plus the fact that unload parking was closed off and we had to unload across the street.

My families stay was awesome. We had plenty of room for the 8 of us. The cleanliness of the condo was superb. The view was incredible. We saw the dolphins every day. Great week in North Myrtle Beach

Well equipped for a family visit. Very clean. Minor issues with AC that was handled very quickly by owner. Great location. Storage closet has everything you need for the beach: 6 chairs, 4 umbrellas, 3 boogie boards, just about every beach game you can think of. Walking distance to putt-putt. Terrific Irish Pub across the street. Great time!

Memorial weekend get away! 2025

Mark is awesome to deal with! He kept me updated on everything that I needed to know. Even gave restaurant suggestions. The condo is so pretty and clean. Easy access to the beach which was also very clean. Pool area is constantly being cleaned and monitored. Would definitely rent this unit again in the future!

Thanksgiving beach getaway

The condo was clean and spacious. We enjoyed seeing dolphins and a whale from the balcony! It’s also just a short drive to restaurants and lots of activities. I would definitely recommend.

Great stay in NMB

The condo is just as described in the listing, very clean and updated. Love the king bed in the 3rd bedroom. Mom (70) really appreciated the ADA height toilet in the master. Nice new composite rocking chairs on the patio. Received several unsolicited texts throughout the week from the condo owner (Mark), just checking in to see if everything was going well. Class act!! Will book here again.

My wife and I were visiting family in 2004 and decided to stay at Crescent Shores, which was brand new and just opening with much fanfare and excitement. Crescent Shores was one of the nicest oceanfront communities in North Myrtle, located at what many views as one of the nicest areas of North Myrtle, Crescent Beach. We loved it so much that we bought the condo before we even arrived and have enjoyed it ever since. We live in California but love our annual trips to Crescent Shores and the Carolinas.

Why they chose this property

Crescent Shores is one of the nicest oceanfront condominiums in North Myrtle. It has a great beach with the banana boar rentals, parasailing, restaurants, a bar, and grills....all within a short walk. Crescent Shores has 2 pools and the Lazy River, which the kids all love. It is a great place to stay and enjoy your Carolina vacation.

What makes this property unique

We are active and involved hosts. If you have a problem, call us, and we will have someone out to the property quickly to get whatever situation needs to be handled. Although, we do annual maintenance and inspections to make sure the condo is always clean and ready to go for our guests. The condo is conveniently located on the 6th floor, so you can always take the elevator going in and out. But, if you are up for just a little exercise, the 6th floor is close enough to take the stairs.
