Come visit our Family Vacation Home. It is a Ground Floor 3 bedroom / 2 bath Golf Villa located in the newest Magnolia Pointe section of Myrtlewood Golf. Location! Location!! Location!!! Just one mile North of Broadway at the Beach, Cal Ripken Experience, Helicopter Excursions, Myrtle Waves Water Park, Shopping, Dining, and the Beach. This cozy home is appointed to accommodate 6 people. It features two King size beds and two Twin beds. We are hoping to share our home with your family for years to come.

Great central location!

This is a great condo in a central location. We came down for a girls golf holiday - many courses within close proximity as well as some shopping to complete the days. Would definitely stay here again!

Very cozy. Nice location. Shopping nearby. Place is absolutely beautiful. Only con, which isn't the property's fault is that whoever was staying above us was very loud at night into the morning. I would stay therr again.

Unfortunately, this is a ground-level unit so while it comes with its' perks it has its' disadvantages too, but there is onsite security that we can call for after-hours noise if it gets out of hand. Loved the enclosed porch, nice having the pool close by, location is great. Minor hiccup when a friend of the owner thought it was ok to show it and tried to enter while we were there. Property mgr handled the situation. Even with that mishap I would still rent this unit again

Great condo - comfortable and cozy

We stayed at this condo for 5 weeks. The furniture was the most comfortable we have had in the 10 years we've been coming to Myrtle Beach. The rental managers were great and very receptive to any questions we had. And we eat at home quite a often and I found the kitchen very well stocked and didn't have to unpack much of what I had brought in the line of extra bowls and pans. We would love to stay again if the opportunity arises.

Nice and comfortable stay. Ground floor, easy access, nice room. All amenities are good. May need to replace sink disposal, add tv in twin bedroom. Outside those two small comments, condo was great for our 3 man golf group. Would definitely stay again and recommend this unit to anyone.

Good Condo

Condo nice and close to everything. Condo was stocked with all items that you would need. Very close to the pool. Ice machine did not work and tv remote broken in one bedroom so that tv could not be used.

To much noise

Loved being on the bottom floor but the noise from the unit above us was very noisy!!!. Could hear all footsteps, toilet flushing, talking etc. The running back and forth actually shook the china in the cupboards. We know it is not their fault but clearly it was poorly built. We heard that the only floor to rent is the top one!!! The furniture is very tired. Carpet is worn.

Noise

There was noise that was from the upstairs apt. It was a child but he continued to run nonstop. It was very hard to understand why the parents didn’t do anything about it. Even into the late evening. I don’t like to complain but we thought they would realize it might be bothersome for the people under them.

Clean, comfortable, affordable, convenient

"A last minute decision for a trip to Myrtle Beach for my sons and I - parking was ample and we could see the trash bins within walking distance of the condo. Unlocked the condo and checked out every room - very clean throughout. I had one of my sons check every bulbs a few were out and we notified the owner when we left in case they decided to replace them - we rarely used the lights so it wasn't a issue for us. The rooms are huge the photos and video do not do them justice. The master bedroom had its own shower/bathroom and a smart tv. The secondary master was connected to the main bathroom - had a smart tv and the room was very clean. Both bathrooms were clean and had everything we needed for our stay - we brought our own toilet paper. My sons favorite thing in the condo was the auto-reclining couch with the built-in usb charger. Kitchen had some utensils and stocked a few items. The living room had vertical blinds separating it from the screened in sun room. These blinds need to be replaced they had slats missing and were very hard to operate. Short walk from the screened in room to the pool was awesome advantage of first floor access. We saw neighbors only heard them one evening. I enjoyed our stay and even told my wife that we should go back and stay there again. My recommendations would be Kitchen: a keurig style coffee maker, list of local delivery restaurants (AJ's pizza!), a pizza slicer Bathrooms: better toilet paper Bedrooms: I saw spare blankets but I would recommend more pillows especially for king size beds. Living room: replace vertical blinds Sunroom: was HOT and steamy even with ceiling fan - we could not figure the windows out. We loved our stay and the price worked for us. I would highly recommend this property. I would ask that you speak with the HOA about the pool closing an hour early that was a huge disappointment for us as guest when we were told it was open to 10PM"

Thanks for your detailed feedback Steve. We have had the blinds and light bulbs replaced. I have relayed the additional recommended items to the owner as well. It is super nice to have the pool right out the back door, but unfortunately, as we discussed we don't have any control over the hours or closures. The HOA regulates all of those decisions. We do hope that you will visit us again soon at the great location that Magnolia Pointe has to offer its' guests.
