GREAT ON BEACH LOCATION!!
Welcome to the beach!! Our condo is on the beach at Pelican’s Landing on Shore Drive which is the BEST area in Myrtle Beach. We are centrally located so makes a perfect place for a family getaway or a relaxing beach or golf trip. The beach, pool, elevator, parking garage and local attractions are merely steps away. This condominium has direct beach access, NO ROADS TO CROSS.
The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and full bath attached. The second bedroom has two twin beds and the third bedroom has a full-size bed and a half bath attached. This spacious three bedroom, two and a half bath condominium comes complete with central air, a NEW updated fully-equipped kitchen to include microwave, blender, coffee maker, wet bar with mini fridge and laundry room. There is nothing better than relaxing day or night on one of our two furnished balconies. You could be sipping drinks on our screened in porch off the living room or having your morning coffee on the balcony off the master bedroom.
Pelican's Landing has two pools (one oceanfront), two sunbathing decks, gazebo, charcoal barbecue grilling areas, picnic areas, and beach access. This location is conveniently located between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach and approximately twenty minutes from Myrtle Beach Airport.
The always popular Ocean Annie's Beach Bar is a short walk on the beach providing live entertainment daily, weather permitting. If golf is in your plans, Myrtle Beach has over one-hundred golf courses with many favorites within a short drive. For some other local entertainment and gathering there is Flip Flops Bar & Grill and Harry The Hats Bar & Grill along with the Straw Market with general store, ice cream shop and small boutiques located across the street. Everything is right here!!
If shopping is what you are interested in then we are in the middle of it all – Tanger Outlets, Super Wal-Mart, Marshalls, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach to name a few. This is truly a great location without the traffic of Ocean Drive.

We have been coming down to Myrtle with our family and friends for almost 30 years and just love the area. Decided after all this time we might as well get something of our own.
Why they chose this property
Shore Drive is the best location and the only place we stay. It is situated on a dead end road off the main road but yet so close to major attractions, restaurants, shopping and golf. It is like its own little community with all the opportunities that are available for you to do in the area.
What makes this property unique
Our building is on the beach side but our condo faces oceanside. From either balcony you have a view of both the ocean and beach. We are on the first floor with a short walk to the pool and beach. The street has just about everything you need - Straw Market where you can find bikes, golf carts and skooters for rent. In that area there is also a convenience store, shops and bar/grill. There is other entertainment located all within a few buildings away like Ocean Annie's which has live music and bar on the beach. You are in the heart of a great location.
