Located on a quiet block with easy beach access. Features a private deck & large, fenced in yard with an outside shower (shared with 1st floor unit).
We provide, but do not guarantee, 4 beach badges and 4 beach chairs for your convenience.
Central air-conditioning, washer/dryer, portable crib (please bring a crib sheet), high chair and bed rail. We also supply blankets and pillows.
Renter is responsible to bring own sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, beach towels, toiletries, etc.
Kitchen fully equipped- Keurig, Belgian waffle maker, crock pot, electric griddle pan, blender, air fryer.
Wifi provided.
No smoking inside or on deck.
Please note that the minimum rental age is 28.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Close/lock all windows.
Set A/C to 73, or turn off.
Wash all kitchenware that was used, and return to appropriate draws/cabinets.
Remove all items from fridge & freezer, wipe down any spills.
Remove all trash and place in appropriate cans OUTDOORS near street curb.
4 beach badges to remain hanging it kitchen.
4 beach chairs and 1 umbrella left on deck.
1 key hanging in kitchen, 1 locked in lockbox outside.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property
We have rented in many parts of the island for years before buying property, but settled in Brant Beach for the proximity of the causeway and more importantly, the endless sandy beach! There are so many places in walking proximity.
