3 bedroom, 2 bath condo near downtown Herndon. Enjoy a home away from home outside of DC! 2nd floor of a garden-style condo building. We strive to make the space a perfect home away from home for guests traveling to Northern Virginia for a short or long visit! All of the amenities you'll need for an extended stay are at your fingertips.
Great for a couple, family with kids, group of professionals or friends traveling together, or an individual desiring extra space for friends/family to visit! Parking is available directly in front of the building.
Enjoy access to the entire condo and private balcony. Complex offers a playground, bbq grills (first-come-first-serve basis), and picnic tables all available for use.
Close walk to downtown Herndon restaurants & shops. Walk to Herndon Community Center & Bready Park with outdoor tennis courts, gym, indoor & outdoor basketball courts, fitness classes, indoor pool, racquetball, & more. Outdoor concerts during the summer right across the street in the Herndon village center. Reston Town Center is a close drive or bike-ride away with lots of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment! Entry points to the Washington & Old Dominion Trail are a quick walk away - this 45-mile paved bike/walk path stretches from Purcelville, Virginia to the heart of Washington, D.C!
