This is a thoroughly remodeled cozy 1 bedroom/1 bathroom unit in a duplex. Located in Downtown Bothell, you will be a short walk away from the numerous restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops. The University of Washington Bothell and Cascadia College campuses are just a 10 minute walk, as is the Sammamish River/Burke-Gilman Trail. A 10 minute car ride puts you in the middle of Woodinville Wine Country; Lynnwood and Bellevue are at 20 minutes, and Downtown Seattle is a half-hour away.

We enjoyed the place and how convenient it was to be so close to downtown and all the restaurants ! Coming from a smaller town it was amazing to have the convenience of everything near by. Cozy and great Location

Perfect location in Bothell with comfort and convenient. Needed a place closer to Dr appointments for my daughter and this provided us with a comfortable and convenient location to make the appointments and not have to travel very far. Thank you so much and hope to use again in the future.
