Beautiful, new family home only one mile from the Kennebunkport Village Center

New, open concept, light filled home perfect for families and couples alike. Includes many amenities for a comfortable stay including a brand new kitchen, claw foot tub, large shower and a second floor deck overlooking the property.

This is our primary residence but when renting, you will have the exclusive use of the house and property. We live down the road and will be able to assist with anything you may need to a make your stay wonderful.

On the first floor you walk in to a large mudroom followed by a hall with a washer/dryer as well as a bathroom with a claw foot tub and rain shower head. There is also a very large master bedroom downstairs with a sitting area and king size bed. This room also offers additional sleeping with a day bed that pulls out into a queen size bed. On the second floor there are two bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower as well as the open concept kitchen/living/dining room. You can also access the second floor deck. There is a third floor loft that we use as the comfy TV/family room.

There are neighbors somewhat visible through the woods but the home sits on an acre of property so you have plenty of space to roam. The walk or easy bike into Kennebunkport town square and Kennebunk Beach is about a mile (our road is about a half mile long) where you can have lunch, shop or enjoy a day by the ocean.
