This pet friendly house was very clean and had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and then gather together. It had a peekaboo view of the ocean from the deck and public access to the ocean right across the street.

Another wonderful stay in this beautiful house. It was our 5th year and it feels like home away from home. The fire pit on the deck listening to the waves, the ice cream truck jingle twice a day, body surfing and making sand castles, the nearby arcade and shops, Forbes, the Love Shack and Rollover Cafe just a short walk away for great food, Congdon’s for donuts, comfortable beds…just a few of the many memories we leave behind after two weeks each year. Already looking forward to next summer!! Thank you Richard and Tim for addressing anything that comes up!!

Perfect

This was the perfect spot for our annual Memorial Day weekend get away. Grandparents to grandkids were comfortable here. The place was immaculate and well appointed. There were even martini glasses! Cheers to Richard. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful family trip

My husband and I stayed at this property with our two adult children, their spouses, and our three young grandchildren (5 months, 1.5 years, and 4 years). The property worked out very well for our group. It was very clean when we arrived (a very high priority for me), and we loved the location. The walk to the beach is 1-2 minutes, and it's a short walk for the small commercial area that includes a playground, coffee shops, snack bar, and ice cream (and a couple of stores). I hope to return again!

Perfect location

House is exactly as described. Perfect location just a few steps across the street to the ocean. Grocery store and restaurants minutes away Billy‘s Chowder House very friendly staff great food. House had everything you need without being overly cluttered like some rental places can be.

Our family of 10 had a great week at Wells Beach. The location of this rental is 5 minutes from Wells Beach. The accommodations were perfect for our family of 6 adults and 4 children. Richard was a very responsive host.

A “MUST STAY”

This was my 2nd year there. This property is amazing. It has everything you need. Beach is steps away and deck space is relaxing and comfortable. I highly recommend.

From the moment we walked in the door we felt like home! The wafting of the sea aroma just made the stay more charming. Ocean just a short walk away and the comfort and cozy home made our stay just perfect! We loved the local seafood restaurants just minutes away along with a wonderful local distillery also just minutes away. We would highly recommend this charming yet spacious home for family or friends to gather!

Amazing beach house. Super clean. They have everything you need and then some. Owners are amazing and get right back to you when you meesage. Great views. This house will be our annual beach house vacation.. I cant say enough good things about this home or owners! 10 stars!!

Refreshed spirit

The location of the property to the beach is the best perk. The house itself is cozy and host made it more special because he accommodating. The beach is just a few feet away from the house. As soon as you step foot on the beach, the wave is already pointing at you to come and play. It’ll be one of the best time of your life for sure. The right house for the the right fun at the beach.

Juggernaut is the best!

I have stayed here a number of times and it never disappoints. The house is relaxing, well equipped and perfect for just getting away from it all. Right across from beautiful Wells beach which is wonderful year round, it provided a cozy place to stay with April showers. The kitchen is great for those who love to cook. A few serving bowls would be a great add to the kitchen. Otherwise it really is one of the best houses on Atlantic avenue to stay. I wish fewer people knew about it because it gets booked very quickly!!

Location and much more!

Such a wonderful, spacious three story home! The outside deck/porch is worth spending many lovely hours listening to the crashing ocean however this home is perfectly located only a few hundred feet from the ocean shore so it is a pleasure to get to the sand in only a few minutes. Everything one might need to call it "home" is here including kitchen utensils, pots and pans, nothing more was needed for us. The washer and drier are upscale and the two and half bathrooms were updated nicely. We had the best vacation at this home and would love to come again. October 23, 2024, Jay and Alicia Diedreck

Space worked well for us. We loved proximity to beach. First floor living area spacious and open, even though furniture was tired. Not so good things: Towels were few in number, small and threadbare. TV with no live TV and no instructions for use of 3 provided remotes. Garage was a great feature since little parking space outside. We found remote door openers on our last day - a book of instructions would be helpful. Basement bathroom toilet did not seem to flush completely. Nice 2nd floor deck - had gas fireplace that looked defective and here were no instructions for use. We had beautiful weather and are familiar with the area, so was a great getaway.
