Perfect for large families, open concept, lots of hang out areas. Nice kitchen with double oven, great for feeding a crowd. It was off season but we warmed the beach, flew kites, collected shells, and took advantage of the porch rockers to relax enjoy the view. Would definately stay there again.

This is our 4th year, we could not be happier. Tthe house is big with room for 10 old ladies. The kitchen is stocked with all the pots and pans, knifes and serving pieces you’ll need. Great place for our quilting/knitting/needlepoint retreat. We’lll be back.

Great house for our annual cousins weekend. Off season it was very quiet. Across the street from public access ways to the beautiful beach! Host was extremely responsive to inquiries. House is beautiful, well kept and furnished. Plenty of room to spread out and bonus of garage parking!

Beautiful, spacious home…many rooms to enjoy. We all enjoyed the fireplace during our winter break stay…it is close to Kennebunkport and Oguinquit for shopping and nice restaurants. Walked the beach…beautiful sunrises..Great for families…basket of blocks for kids and books in bunk room were enjoyed by our grandsons. Thank you for sharing your awesome beach home.

If you are looking for a great place for a group, this is it! Beautiful home, very clean and well maintained! Location is wonderful!
