Just 3 miles from Waterfront, 6 miles to Goose pond. Fully equipped kitchen. Full size laundry room. WiFi internet and TV with Netflix included. Sleeps 8-10 in 3br (1 queen, 2 full, 2 twin), 2 bath, pull out couch also.

Kelly was the perfect host! His communication before, during and after our stay was excellent. Everything we needed was provided and had plenty of room for everyone. A big plus for us was the spacious parking. We will recommend to friends and family!

This was the perfect set up for us. Everything you needed was there and the place was clean. Kelly communicated excellent. Plenty of room and the garage makes this a perfect fishing stay. Location to many boat ramps.

We had a blast all the guys had a good time good fishing, a good food. House was clean and comfortable, and lots of amenities that made our stay very enjoyable. Kelly was a great host. We plan to stay again next year.

The owner is amazing, easy to talk to and will help you any way he can. Locate is within 5 mins of waterfront and 10mins for goose pond. All around a prefect location for a fishing trip

Great location and property to spend time with family.

We stayed for a week July 3-10 visiting and spending time with our daughter and grand dog who both stayed with us. Home was clean, kitchen had everything you need to cook meals and beds are comfy. Property is located halfway between Scottsboro and Guntersville in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed exploring the area. Kelly was a dream host, so accommodating and always available by phone. Will stay again when we go back to the area.

Prost was clean and Kelly was super helpful and easy to coordinate with. Perfect for friends or families going to fish. Plenty of room for boats we fit 2 in the garage.

November bass trio

Great owner. House is close to many ramps and Waterfront. The garage is big enough to put two 21 ft bass boats in albeit the fit is tight. Kelly checks in often to make sure you have everything you need include a fishing tip or two.
