In the heart of the historic center of Rome, located in the pretty Via Vittoria, very close to Piazza di Spagna, the apartment is on the 3 floor with elevator of a beautiful residential Palazzo. Two bedrooms with double bed, wardrobes, air conditioning, beautiful windows, each with complete en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, living room with sofa bed library dining room with nice balcony, bright and comfortable, separate kitchen provided with all the necessary equipment 'Miele' induction cooking, oven and microwave, dishwasher washing machine, dryer, Nespresso Coffee, kettle, Air conditioning in bedrooms and in the living room, large entrance, Free Wifi Wireless.
The beautiful windows and the high ceiling in white beams offer all the rooms a nice light and beautiful views of the Domes and the roofs of Rome. The atmosphere of the apartment is calm and relaxing, decorated and equipped so that everyone feels comfortable at home.
The apartment is fully available.
Check-in is from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. but we can receive you up to 24 h if planned in advance with a surplus of 25, euros.
A 24 hour Carrefour supermarket is located in the same Via Vittoria.
The market is open in the morning in the nearby Piazza Montedoro.
You can easily get around on foot to see the interesting sites, most of which are nearby.
You have a very interesting choice of restaurants and osterie.
The apartment and the location are the ideal starting point for your stay of a few days or several weeks, you will appreciate the walks in the heart of the Città Eterna, its historical, archaeological sites, cultural experiences and shopping in the most beautiful Shops, then you will relax and take advantage of your time to read comfortably curled up on the white sofa by peeking out of the windows or the Balcony.
I live and work in the same Via Vittoria, I am a Textile Designer and I love Rome. I am always available to give you advice on the most beautiful walks and on the most interesting exhibitions to see.

Wonderful stay in Rome

The apartment was beautifully maintained and exactly what we expected and more. Perfect location, so close to shopping, great restaurants and historical sites. The host, Paola was so responsive to questions and requests and even set up transportation to airport for us. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

Amazing place!

This is our 2nd time in Rome and the location is great with easy access to great dining and sight-seeing. Rome was in the middle of a heat wave with temperatures 105+ degrees and coming back to a very comfortable place with AC was a blessing as well as king size beds and spacious bathrooms and kitchen with everything you may need. Paola is very accommodating and will be our “go to” placed to stay on our next Rome visit!

Great Apartment

The apartment we clean, modern and well appointed. It was a great location. The owner Paola was wonderful. She helped with airport transportation and was readily available for help and questions. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Amazing Place to Stay in Rome

What an incredible apartment. Not only is it in an amazing location and close to everything, but it is spacious, clean and well air conditioned (so needed in the summer months). The host was AMAZING. She greeted us at the flat, was very clear with her instructions and readily available for questions. We absolutely loved this place!

Perfect flat for our stay!

Paola's flat was perfect for our family of 4 - clean and spacious - our teenage kids had their own bedroom (with separate beds) and their own bathroom. The flat is clean, with beautiful light, lots of storage and all the amenities including bottled water, coffee, tea, washing machine etc. It's in a fabulous location near great shopping, cafes, a Monoprix grocery store, and close to the Spanish steps. The taxi queue is conveniently a block away as well. Paola was pleasant to work with, was great at communicating prior to our visit, and met us at the flat to check us in. She even arranged a driver to pick us up from the airport. I highly recommend this rental to others!

Spacious, Comfortable & Central Rome Apartment

This apartment has plenty of room for two or more people and is conveniently located in a pedestrian area in the largest shopping area of Rome, not far from Piazza del Popolo & the Mausoleum of Augustus (reopened after many years of closure). It is quiet in the mornings, but can be lively at night with noise a factor if the windows are open. But, with the double-paned windows closed, it is a quiet oasis in such a big, busy city. A reliable elevator gets you to the apartment & you have great views along the Corso from a balcony. It has a spacious living room with comfortable furniture, 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms & a kitchen with everything you might need, including a washer/dryer. The amenities are excellent & there are all the convenient local services (bank, food market, shops. etc.) you could ask for in close proximity. We found basic supplies provided & a few treats like coffee, chilled water & ice upon arrival. The host, Paola, is very responsive & a great communicator. I don’t think I have ever stayed at a rental property that was handled more professionally & she rightfully takes great pride in this beautiful apartment. She has a shop close by & so is very easy to reach in person or via text or calling. This was especially helpful since the people staying in the apartment didn’t arrive at the same time. The airport transportation that she lined up for our arrival & departure was reliable & excellent too. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Grazie mille, Paola! Your wonderful hospitality was much appreciated.

Fabulous Location and Accommodation

Central location in historic district of Rome. Convenient to many sites. 2 separate bedroom suites. Large airy space and very clean. Well stocked kitchen. Washer and Dryer. Safe and secure It is located on higher floor and has small balcony. Elevator in building is up one level of stairs. Be sure to read house rules for additional information. Paola is wonderful host and provides recommendations for area restaurants. Helpful with transports if needed. Would stay here again when visiting Rome!

kühler chick in lauter Grossstadt - eine Oase

sehr schön restaurierte Wohnung mit zurückhaltendem chick, sehr erholsam in diese Oase zurückzukehren nach einem vollen Besichtigungstag, weiss und beige dominiert und beruhigt, wenn noch alle angebotenen features funktioniert hätten - this is Italy - dann wäre es absolut fantastisch (safe, TV, HiFi...) tolle Klimaanlage - leise und effizient, zentrale Lage: alles im allem sehr zu empfehlen
