Provencal farmhouse with swimming pool

Large house with a capacity of 6/8 people equipped with internet, air conditioning, shared swimming pool (8x4) to share with the owners and another rental, located on a family property of 2500m2 with private courtyard space in front of the house and access to a large 1000m2 garden (fruit trees and fields). A very clear view and a beautiful horizon with Mont Ventoux. Located on the edge of the village with shops 250m away. The entrance to the house is through a large veranda of 30m2, with dining area and lounge area. The south-facing house consists, on the ground floor: a very large entrance hall with beautiful staircase, with access to a large independent kitchen fully integrated and well equipped, with dining area, utility room and separate WC, a large living room with dining area and sitting area. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms with 3 beds 140x190 and 2 beds 90x190, bathroom with large Italian shower and 2 sinks, separate toilet. Baby kit on request. A garage for one car + private parking for hire. Intercom with automatic gate opening. WIFI key. Ground of balls. Sheets rental € 16 / bed. Bathroom linen rental 10 € / person. Kitchen linen 10 €. End of stay cleaning possible € 80.

Super accueil par hôtesse et hôte dans une maison spacieuse avec toutes les commodités souhaitées. Chambres (sauf 1) spacieuses, belle véranda, terrasse et aire de pique-nique, un jardin fruitier et une piscine pour se rafraîchir. Garage pour les vélos. Boulangerie et autres commerces "au coin de la rue". Bédoin et le Mont Ventoux accessibles à vélo. Conseillé!

Großes Haus in Sichtweite des Mont Ventoux. Zwei größere und zwei kleinere Zimmer sowie zwei Bäder. Die Klimaanlage befindet sich im Flur. Das Haus an sich, ist nett und funktionell eingerichtet. Die Aussenanlagen sind aber in einem eher rustikalen Zustand. Die Sitzgelegenheit unter dem Haus befindet sich etwa 20 m vor dem Haus und ist eine einfache Holzkonstruktion. Unschön ist die Lage und Nutzungsmöglichkeit des Pools. Der Pool liegt ca. 100m

Excellent accueil des propriétaires. La petite maison qui était également libre et que nous avons choisie est parfaite pour 2 à 4 personnes et très bien équipée. La vue depuis la terrasse sur Crillon-le-Brave et sur le Ventoux est exceptionnelle. A noter que la piscine se trouve près de la maison des propriétaire à env. 50m à pied et que la connection wifi dans la petite maison n'est disponible que depuis l'extérieur et qu'en s'approchant de l'autre location. Parfait pour déconnecter, mais quand même un point faible.

Maison tout à fait conforme aux photos. Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureux. Martine, la propriétaire des lieux a toujours été à l’écoute de nos demandes. La maison est très propre, très bien située. Calme absolu. Nous recommandons à 200%. Grâce merci à Martine pour ce séjour trop court....

Goed verblijf

Het is een enigzins gedateerde maar zeker een schone woning. Heel veel ruimte en alles is aanwezig. Voor ons fietsers was de locatie perfect. Het mooie zwembad ligt op enige afstand, maar dat was voor ons geen probleem. Voor ons is het zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Grande maison, situation idéale pour visiter le Vaucluse, bémol sur l'espace extérieur

Grande maison, propre, spacieuse. 4 grandes chambres. Grande cuisine et espace salon. L'espace piscine est très sympa mais pas du tout attentant à la maison. L'espace extérieur est très grand mais pas vraiment aménagé. Pas d'espace terrasse devant la maison ce qui est vraiment dommage surtout en été. Seulement une véranda non climatisée devant la maison et donc pas utilisable à partir de 9h du matin en été. Il n'y a donc pas vraiment d'endroit pour profiter de l'extérieur en été sauf l'espace piscine mais comme celui n'est pas attenant à la maison ce n'est pas vraiment très pratique/agréable du coup. Pour ce qui est des équipements: pas de sèche cheveux, uniquement 2 ventilateurs pour 4 chambres. Sinon ok pour le reste. Situation idéale pour aller visiter le Vaucluse.

The perfect Provence getaway.

This was our first visit to Provence, and we could not have found a more perfect location. The house is a large stone built family home, with 4 good size bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The hosts speak a little English, and we speak a little French so communication was somewhat basic, but they were lovely and could not do enough for us. Please note that WiFi is only available around the shared pool, and the pool cannot be used after 7pm, but this was not an issue for us. The pool and surrounding area is perfect to cool down on hot days. There is an built in wood bbq, but considering the location and the wind that come come up, you need to be careful around ashes being spread in the wind . . . The location is in the small town of Caromb, a short way from Malaucene and Bedoin - a perfect location for those wanting to cycle up Ventoux, from either of the above towns. Caromb itself is great, with a couple of bakeries, bars and restaurants, although again note that you should brush up on your French in advance, plus an excellent co-operative wine cave. I would recommend that you have a car, as getting around the region is very dependent on roads - but with a car, even getting down to Marseille and Aix en Provence takes only an hour or so. There are plenty of local markets and a lot of historical tourist sites, plus plenty of vineyards with degustation opportunities!! In summary, fantastic house, great location, super hosts - highly recommended!!

Une très bonne adresse pour passer des bonnes vacances. La maison est bien pour une famille de 4 personnes. Le village est bien placé pour visiter plein de chose dans la région Vaucluse et Luberon. Les locataires sont chaleureux et ouvert à tout les questions. La maison a une superbe vue sur le mont Ventoux. Un grand surplus est la bonne huile d' olive fait maison.

Superbe maison!

Nous sommes 6 cyclistes qui avons loué cette maison pour 2 semaines. Situation idéale pour le vélo: possibilité de faire du plat comme de la montagne. Mont-Ventoux, Gorges de la Nesque, Dentelles de Montmirail, Vaison-la-Romaine, et plusieurs parcours de vélo passant par des villages tous plus jolis les uns que les autres. Ville d'Orange et Avignon à proximité et à ne pas manquer. La maison est grande, propre et très bien équipée. Tout est conforme à la description. Et que dire des propriétaires, qui sont sur place. Ils nous ont accueillis chaleureusement et nous ont donné tous les conseils dont nous avions besoin pour connaître rapidement notre nouveau milieu. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous recommanderions cette maison à nos amis sans hésiter.

Nice holidays

The Holiday home ist situated in a very nice bounded farming plot with olive and fruit trees. It's quiet and only a walk of 5 minutes from the city centre away. From a outside table we had an fantastic overwiew to the landscape. The pool is 200 m away and in use with another holiday flat an the owners. The owners house is also about 200 m away. They are very very friendly. You can buy olive oil, vegetables and fruits from them. Caromb is a typical nice village with all you need. It's a perfect destination to discover the Provence. We would very recommend the house.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables au pied du mont Ventoux où nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Martine et Philippe dans leur nouvelle location. Il s'agit d'une spacieuse maison de famille avec une grande véranda pour profiter de l'espace extérieur. Tout est neuf, propre et rien ne manque au confort. Les enfants se sont éclatés à la piscine. Location idéale pour une famille dans une région qui ne manque pas d'atouts. Merci à vous et au plaisir de vous revoir. Anicette, Denis, Stella et Théo.

MAGNIFIQUE SEJOUR

Nous n'avons eu aucune mauvaise surprise, tout était conforme à l'annonce. Le gite très confortable et superbement équipé. Un calme absolu avec le village à toute proximité. De la terrasse, une vue magnifique sur le Mont Ventoux, des promenades à volonté, des villages et marchés à découvrir, sur les conseils avisés des propriétaires. L’accueil est souriant, chaleureux, une vraie rencontre… sans oublier la production de fruits et légumes à déguster avec le vin du pays. Un vrai bonheur ! Une envie d’y revenir rapidement.
