Villa of 300 M2. 4 bedrooms on 3 levels and 4 bathrooms. Large 30 m2 terrace on the 1st floor with sea view. Private garden of 300 m2 and closed. Air conditioning in the bedrooms, as well as in the living room and dining room. Brand new villa, work finished in June 2019. Toubab beach 5 minutes away as well as trade and beach restaurant. Very well known dance school in Senegal 10 minutes away. City of Thiès and Sally within 30 minutes. Lac Rose and its beautiful beach 30 minutes away.
