Long Beach Resort Tower 3 unit 1403 is a 1,368 sq.ft Penthouse with two bedrooms and two bathrooms located in Tower 3. Both bedrooms and the living room are Gulf Front with floor-to-ceiling windows and access to the HUGE 270 sq. ft. balcony overlooking the beach and the unmatched sunsets! All rooms are spacious with granite countertops in the kitchen, incredible vaulted ceilings in the living room and raised tray ceilings in both bedrooms. The main living, dining, and kitchen area also has floor-to-ceiling windows all the way across the 22 feet of wide open living space! The kitchen is fully-stocked with everything you will need including a Keurig Mini coffee maker, so bring your K-Cups! The balcony offers incredible views! The Master bedroom offers a king size bed, flat screen TV, and a seating area, along with a large walk in closet. The master bath features a double vanity and a large walk-in shower. The Guest bedroom offers two queen size beds and a flat screen TV. The guest bath features a double vanity and tub/shower.
