Patio, tropézienne terrace with view on the pond.
Close to all amenities. This house has a large automated garage. Possibility to rent a boat to sail on the pond and join the Mediterranean to enhance your vacation (boat license required). Nice bike ride, on foot, car, motorbike (possibility to rent motorbike, bicycle) are to be carried out in the hinterland.
