A fully refurbished 1930's cottage right in the heart of Jacksonville. Duncan Vacation Cottage offers a charming escape from the hectic hurry-up world. A small intimate cottage where great expectations are quietly met.Just a short walk to the Britt Festivals, shopping, restaurants and many other attractions that await you in picturesque Jacksonville
Regardless of the occasion Duncan Vacation Cottage will provide you with a most enjoyable experience.

Nice Cottage

This is a comfortable, old-style cottage in a wonderful location. There is a nice backyard with patio set and bbq. The shower isn’t set up for tall people and the very old dishwasher wouldn’t work. We had a nice stay in Jacksonville

Comfy cottage

Rental process went smoothly. House was easy to access. Parking space as advertised. Quiet neighborhood except if there is a fire as it is near the fire station. That did not bother us but once. Kitchen was pretty basic but it had everything we needed. Would recommend.

Quaint

This property is simple and quaint, it was just what I required with 2 bedrooms so that my grandchildren could take turns staying over, they loved it's coziness. It had everything needed for a lengthy stay! I hope it will be available for my next visit!

Very comfortable, pleasant stay

A very comfortable lodging, in a great location. Very god WIFI along with a gas barbecue in lots of space made for a pleasant 2 month stay. The owner who lives next store is very helpful and friendly as is Deanna the host.
