Fresh flowers greet you throughout this stunning and elegant, light and airy 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage w/ a TESLA Electric Car Charger 🔌 and absolutely everything you will need for the perfect stay … all in the heart of downtown Jacksonville!

Literally steps away from the quaint trolly or a short lovely stroll to all the great coffee Shops, Restaurants, Cafes, Boutiques, and The Britt Gardens.

When your not strolling the fun town of Jacksonville, you’ll be soaking in the beautiful tub or relaxing on the bench swing on the back porch, or sitting by the cozy fireplace on a cold winters day.

Fenced in front yard with a classic picket fence. Private backyard with a barbecue. Two cruisers for your use to pedal around town.

The main living space has lots of natural light and big windows to take in southern Oregon’s beauty. Fireplace, TV, dining table seats 4. Comfortable and clean leather seating in living. Full kitchen with everything you would need for a perfect stay.

Master bedroom includes a queen size upgraded mattress (as of July 2022) to the #1 rated across the board DREAMCLOUD high end mattress for the dreamiest sleep, vanity for relaxed primping, full length mirror, closet, blackout shades, slider to an outdoor bench swing.

Master bathroom features tons of uplifting natural light, a luxurious freestanding tub, shower, and everything you need to relax and unwind.

Guest bedroom has a comfy twin daybed, and a twin trundle bed, closet, full length mirror. Lots of natural light, blackout shades.

Guest bathroom has a tub shower combo, wonderful sit down vanity and a glorious amount of natural light.

Also for extra convenience there is a washer and dryer, Alexa, pack and play, iron, Kiurig, 4 beach towels, first aid kit, and of course Free WiFi, and lots more.

Be home, exactly as present, and maybe even better than the pictures imply! The host was gracious very easy to communicate with, and very accommodating for my stay. I will definitely be back.

Fabulous Place to Stay

This bungalow has an outstanding architectural design that makes it feel much larger than a bungalow. It is beautifully decorated and well appointed with everything one could need for a stay of any length. We also traveled with our dogs & this place is not only pet friendly but is completely fenced so the dogs love staying here too. Tammy, the host, is just THE BEST! She is on top of everything - from having fresh flowers throughout the house to providing lots of special touches, including a beautiful X-mas tree during this holiday season. Tammy is also very responsive - she answers e-mails promptly & provides helpful advice anytime she's asked. We highly recommend staying here, and definitely hope to be back. It's one of the best places we've ever stayed. Thanks Tammy!
